Speedy deletion nomination of Xmltes

I wanted to let you know that I just tagged Xmltes for deletion, because it seems to be promotional, rather than an encyclopedia article.
If you feel that the article shouldn't be deleted and want more time to work on it, you can contest this deletion, but please don't remove the speedy deletion tag from the top.

- Why can't I edit Wikipedia?
Your account's edits and/or username indicate that it is being used on behalf of a company, group, website or organization for purposes of promotion and/or publicity. The edits may have violated one or more of our rules on spamming, which include: adding inappropriate external links, posting advertisements and using Wikipedia for promotion. Wikipedia has many articles on companies, groups, and organizations, but such groups are generally discouraged from using Wikipedia to write about themselves. In addition, usernames like yours are disallowed under our username policy.
- Am I allowed to make these edits if I change my username?
Probably not, although if you can demonstrate a pattern of future editing in strict accordance with our neutral point of view policy, you may be granted this right. See Wikipedia's FAQ for Organizations for a helpful list of frequently asked questions by people in your position. Also, review the conflict of interest guidance to see the kinds of limitations you would have to obey if you did want to continue editing about your company, group, organization, or clients. If this does not fit in with your goals, then you will not be allowed to edit Wikipedia again.
- What can I do now?
If you have no interest in writing about some other topic than your organization, group, company, or product, you may consider using one of the many websites that allow this instead.
If you do intend to make useful contributions here about some other topic, you must convince a Wikipedia administrator that you mean it. To that end, please do the following:
- Add the text

Request reason:
I think the page should not be deleted because the software offers a free version. There are other commercial/free software like this on your page, and the software contains good technical features useful for educational purposes and I made a donation to your foundation.
Decline reason:

Request reason:
My user should not be blocked because I haven't used it in the past, except to write a page which is not promotional but educational. The main topic was to describe the features of a new software bundle and offer it for free to the world, in the sense that it could contribute to the development, education or cognition of knowledge, which I think should be the ideal of a great educational organization like yours. The software per-se does not constitute any fault to the terms of use or neutrality of content. Nor my user account because of vacuity of activity. Perhaps this note should not be deleted and remain visible to all contributors and donors who perhaps fall into the error of provide funds to you.
Decline reason:
(a) You can't have a username that's the same as a product that you're promoting. (b) You can't use Wikipedia to promote your product. (c) Thank you for the contribution, but that does not give you any special privileges such as promoting your product. --jpgordon::==( o ) 01:05, 10 April 2014 (UTC)
