Notes
edit- ^ A qualification tournament, to which the highest placed teams (that did not already qualify for the 2015/16 ABA League) from the Croatian, Macedonian, Bosnian and Montenegrin Leagues were invited, was announced. After Zagreb, Kumanovo and Široki withdrew from the tournament, Sutjeska was placed in the League.
- ^ Unlike the previous seasons in the 2015–16 season only players playing for winning teams could be named MVP of the Round.
