English: The image shows the average amounts and geographic sources of CO from April, May and June for the years 2000 through 2004. Blue areas have little or no atmospheric CO, while progressively higher levels are show in green, yellow, orange, and red. These concentrations were measured by the Measurements Of Pollution In The Troposphere (MOPITT) instrument on NASA's Terra satellite.
The NASA website hosts a large number of images from the Soviet/Russian space agency, and other non-American space agencies. These are not necessarily in the public domain.
