Saghravan (Persian: ساغروان)[a] is a village in Miyan Velayat Rural District of the Central District of Mashhad County, Razavi Khorasan province, Iran.

At the time of the 2006 National Census, the village's population was 2,312 in 519 households.[4] The following census in 2011 counted 3,565 people in 918 households.[5] The 2016 census measured the population of the village as 4,455 people in 1,175 households. It was the most populous village in its rural district.[2]
