Channel Stuffing
This article does not mention their settlement with the SEC in 1997 over channel stuffing allegations stemming from their sales to distributors in 1993. Articles on Wikipedia such as Rite Aid mention their accounting scandals but not this one. I think it merits it's own section in this article.
