I read the section about the types of traditional dishes in the Middle East North African region, but half of these don't show the country but just the general regions. Some of them say that it is from the Middle East, while others listed the specific country. One example is Falafel; it originated in Egypt, so the general mention of "Middle East" shouldn't be in use.
