Question
editWill there be a break or will the 20 episodes go on weekly? -- Jack Cluster (talk) 16:56, 26 April 2016 (UTC)
- The answer to your question is in the very first paragraph of this article. Alex|The|Whovian? 00:14, 27 April 2016 (UTC)
Odin
editAlthough I haven't been involved in either the edits or the reverts myself, I see there is a debate going on about the man in the black cloak and Odin in relation to the latest episode in season four, after Ragnar dies. My initial view was the same as those who saw the references to Odin as questionable under WP policy. However yesterday I reviewed episode one of season one, and in the very opening battle scenes Ragnar sees a man in a black cloak and refers to him as Odin, the opening episode is full of Odin references, such as to Ragnar being 'watched over by Odin' and 'Odin gave his eye for knowledge'. If you go straight from the episode when we first meet Ragnar as a humble farmer at the beginning of his journey to the one we have just seen when it comes to an end, the fact that the man in the cloak is an Odin reference is obvious (and clearly a means to link the two, for the attentive) and, whilst it would be helpful to find an independent citation, the fact is adequately supported by the material in the programme itself. I suggest therefore that the reverters are being heavy handed? IanB2 (talk) 07:17, 7 January 2017 (UTC) IanB2 (talk) 07:17, 7 January 2017 (UTC)
