Usage

This template is designed to be subst'd on a user's talk page, for the purpose of welcoming them to a WikiProject.

Note: When transcluding this template, you must "subst:" the template. The template won't work unless the "subst:" prefix is added. You also don't need to sign, a signature is included in the template.
