[go: nahoru, domu]

I've been a Wikipedian since 2006, when my username was "Mike Gasser". For awhile I was pretty active, especially with Ethiopian languages, but since then I've mostly dropped out.

I used to be a computational linguist at Indiana University in Bloomington, Indiana, USA. Now I'm retired, still doing a little research, but mostly involved in activism of various kinds. Among other things, I'm interested in eco-socialism, food justice, Semitic languages, Guarani, Ethiopia, Paraguay, socialism, social forums, and machine translation.
