History

edit

The Original Series of Gogo's Crazy Bones, also known as the Classic Series, were the first set of Crazy Bones and consisted of 60 different characters. <is there a ref that uses the term original series?>. They were sold by Toy Craze, Inc., a Cleveland based toy company. The series sold in the United States beginning in February 1998, and were the only Crazy Bones available until March 1999, when the Sports Series was released. Shortly after, in May 1999, the Original Series was discontinued in an effort to increase their value. Toy Craze made 3.5 million dollars in Original Series sales during 1998.
