Speedy deletion nomination of Soundeon
editHello LoveAtFirstWrite,
I wanted to let you know that I just tagged Soundeon for deletion, because it seems to be promotional, rather than an encyclopedia article.
If you feel that the article shouldn't be deleted and want more time to work on it, you can contest this deletion, but please don't remove the speedy deletion tag from the top.
You can leave a note on my talk page if you have questions.

A community decision has authorised the use of general sanctions for pages related to the blockchain and cryptocurrencies. The details of these sanctions are described here. All pages that are broadly related to these topics are subject to a one revert per twenty-four hours restriction, as described here.
General sanctions is a system of conduct regulation designed to minimise disruption in controversial topic areas. This means uninvolved administrators can impose sanctions for edits relating to these topics that do not adhere to the purpose of Wikipedia, our standards of behaviour, or relevant policies. Administrators may impose sanctions such as editing restrictions, bans, or blocks. An editor can only be sanctioned after he or she has been made aware that general sanctions are in effect. This notification is meant to inform you that sanctions are authorised in these topic areas, which you have been editing. It is only effective if it is logged here. Before continuing to edit pages in these topic areas, please familiarise yourself with the general sanctions system. Don't hesitate to contact me or another editor if you have any questions.Hi LoveAtFirstWrite, can you check the article you created earlier today on Victor Peng (CEO)? In the infobox, it says born 1960, while the opening sentence says born 1961. I know this is obviously just a typo, it's just I don't know which one is the typo. Thanks. Cmr08 (talk) 01:41, 6 July 2018 (UTC)
- Thanks Cmr08 for pointing out this typo. It is indeed 1960 that is Peng's birth year.LoveAtFirstWrite (talk) 02:13, 6 July 2018 (UTC)
Sandbox pages
editJust a reminder that sandbox pages such as User:LoveAtFirstWrite/sandbox are not allowed to be filed in mainspace article categories. Category declarations have to either stay off the sandbox page entirely, or be present only in disabled form (such as with a leading colon in front of the word category, or enclosed inside "nowiki" tags so that they don't function) — they are added or enabled only when the page is copied or moved into mainspace so that it's a finished article. I've already had to revisit your sandbox page twice in just 24 hours because you readded the categories again just a few hours after they were removed, and I see from the page history that other editors have had to remove categories from the page before too — we're not doing it to be vandals, we're doing it because Wikipedia has a rule that sandbox pages are not allowed to be categorized as articles. So please don't readd categories to your sandbox page again. Thanks. Bearcat (talk) 14:53, 6 July 2018 (UTC)
Hello, I'm Deb. I wanted to let you know that one or more of your recent contributions have been undone because they appeared to be promotional. Advertising and using Wikipedia as a "soapbox" are against Wikipedia policy and not permitted; Wikipedia articles should be written objectively, using independent sources, and from a neutral perspective. Take a look at the welcome page to learn more about Wikipedia. Thank you.Deb (talk) 14:13, 13 April 2021 (UTC)
