  I've just looked at your recent attempts to "help out" as a non-clerk, and they are not helpful. In one, you said you were providing additional evidence, but you didn't add a single diff (the best evidence are diffs), and in the other you improperly used a CU signal.   Listen, I've been here for a while, and you may have noticed that I asked another editor for help. Many parts of Wikipedia require lots of experience and expertise. The SPI stuff is really complicated in various ways, and you simply do not have the experience (technically, and with edits and editors) to be doing that kind of stuff. It may happen--but this is such an important area that we have to be professional about it. Keep editing--stay out of really complex areas until you are more seasoned. Thanks. Hi @Knowledgedata! I had a little look, and noticed your sandbox was deleted under our G11 criteria speedy deletion, which basically means you are not allowed to advertise on Wikipedia. I can’t look at the details as I’m not an Admin and can’t view deleted contribs. I’d recommend reading WP:YOURFIRSTARTICLE and WP:WHATWIKIPEDIAISNOT. I think Bbb’s explanation in the form of a 4im template warning was a bit bity, but you could ask him by replying to his message. I left a welcome template on your talk page with a few handy links on the matter that you might want to look through. Hi @Dhanushka Abeysinghe. I see you previously tried to create a user page that was deleted. If that was the article you want to create, please do not. I also looked through your sandbox and noticed that, if that’s the biography you want to publish, it’s not ready. A few things to note:

• All pages (especially ones about living people) must have citations
• Your article is not written with a neutral point of view
• It also may not meet the notability requirements for a Wikipedia article.

I’d recommend going through HELP:GUIDE or WP:ADVENTURE to learn more about editing, and maybe start with editing a few articles before you jump into article creation.

When you do feel like your ready to start creating articles, I’d recommend reading WP:FIRST for info on how to create and publish your article.
