It looks like you are attempting to create an English language Wikipedia (the one you are reading right now) about scholar of Kartvelian languages at the "Arnold Chikobava Institute of Linguistics".

While the English language Wikipedia has an article Arnold Chikobava, I can see it has never had an article of the name Arnold Chikobava Institute of Linguistics.

Is there a Georgian language Wikipedia article about Dr Chantladze? If so, please do link it here.
