Delete or merge into National Security Agency. One of many databases used by the security agency. Fails WP:SUSTAINED and independent notability as a database separate from its use by the NSA and its inclusion in the global surveillance disclosures. Longhornsg (talk) 21:02, 28 June 2024 (UTC)

- Merge to NSA per nom. Lacking significant coverage in multiple reliable, independent sources, per the cited sources and above listed source. (?) Cover as an NSA program, which is the context in which sources cover it. Next time I suggest boldly doing so as an alternative before deletion. czar 15:10, 19 July 2024 (UTC)
