Since no one came out of their way to oppose putting in the commanders I'm putting them back. It makes no sense not to show the commanders and it only makes the article better. MOS:SAID clearly shows that neutral words like 'said' or 'stated' are the most appropriate for such situations whilst claimed clearly brings the truthfulness of the statement into question. furthermore, instead of having a balanced representation by using the same words, why is claim being used for one group and another word for the other group?
