Dancing at the Duchess of Richmond's ball
editThanks for your constructive comment on Talk:Duchess of Richmond's ball. Unfortunately as it was a ball that happened 200 years ago, and no one knew how famous it would become, records on the precise dance order do not seem to have survived. I have quoted Reverend George Griffin Stonestreet who was a contemporary about the sort of dances that were preformed during that season among expats on the continent, and an editorial in the Times a year latter disproving of the waltz.[1]. I hope you find them interesting. -- PBS (talk) 16:46, 21 June 2015 (UTC)
