Freddie and the Dreamers oli brittiläinen beat-, pop- ja rockyhtye Manchesterin kaupungista. Yhtye oli suosituimmillaan vuosina 1963–1965, jolloin se julkaisi useita hittejä. Niistä menestyksekkäimpiä olivat Britannian kärkiviisikkoon nousseet ”If You Gotta Make a Fool of Somebody”, ”I’m Telling You Now”, ”You Were Made for Me” ja ”I Understand”. Näistä ”I’m Telling You Now” ylsi myös Yhdysvaltain listaykköseksi, ollen siellä yhtyeen uran ainoa top 10 -hitti.
