English: Hafoty, Llansadwrn This white washed hall house is a lovely medieval building and one the oldest dwellings in Anglesey. It has been successively renovated and added to from the 12thC onwards, when it was originally a timber-framed building, but was later encased in stone. It was probably built by the Norres family before passing to the Bulkeleys in the 16thC. The house was extensively renovated by Cadw, the Welsh historical monuments agency at the millennium.
The house is open this weekend and next, 13-14 and 20-21 September, 2008 from 12 noon to 4pm and a guide will be available at the site.
