GAParquet relies on a private package of the GATK which is not stored in this repository and unavailable outside of the Broad institute.

Other than that, to compile on Ubuntu, one should set

JAVA_HOME=/path/to/jdk_1.7

PATH=/path/to/jdk_1.7/bin:OLD_PATH
