This is an additional fix on top of 0.9.9.15, not an alpha for 0.9.9.15 like conventional naming would suggest. It will eventually get released into the next stable release.

• Fixes a bug with 0.9.9.15-alpha1 where remote config sync was completely broken.
• Adds support for a version suffix so that versions such as 0.9.9.16-alpha01 can be used.
  • Assembly info, bepinex version number, and version checks will still use the numeric version (i.e. 0.9.9.16).
  • V+ info logging and the downloaded config will use the full version.
  • This release contains changes to how the "latest" version is determined, which will point to the alpha releases in releases before this one. Moving forward, "latest" will be determined by the latest github release. Because of this, I can't actually use the new version suffix because it will lead to incorrect "a new version is available" messages on older mod versions.
