I wanted to remove full app list, but no matter what option I choose from the custom config section it always ends without making any changes. thanks.

pd as always, immediately after posting this I discovered the issue only happens when running the ps1 file directly but running the run.bat file it works.

I can reproduce the issue and have found the underlying problem. I unfortunately don't have the time to fully implement and test a fix right now, I hope to bring that out before the end of this week! 🙃
