Use NPM to install the modules.

$ npm install

Use Ng and Gradle to execute Shio LMS.

$ ng serve --open
$ ./gradlew bootrun

Use Ng and Gradle to build Shio LMS.

$ ng build --prod
$ ./gradlew build
