This script convert all your PNG files to WEBP with Node.js

First install with homebrew or whatever you want. $ brew install webp

Move all your pngs to the same directory as convert.js, then go to the same directory with the terminal and run the node convert.js command. Then your new webp images will be saved in the webp folder.
