Description

This would be particularly useful when extracting a segment as a sequence of image files, it would save a lot of disk space.

For HTML5 image capture, webp support can be easily added (as it is supported in chromium).
JPEGXL is not supported in chromium afaik.
For ffmpeg support, both can be supported, but need to add corresponding libs to the ffmpeg build: https://github.com/mifi/ffmpeg-build-script
