I'm a Bioinformatician-Computational Biologist who specialises in long-read transcriptomics analyses and genome annotation. I like to learn from the field of Data Science so I'm often dabbling in small projects of that nature. You can reach me at deancompbio@pm.me. This is what I'm currently up to:
- 🧬 Low-frequency pseudogene detection using ~500 long-read Oxford Nanopore datasets, as well as developing a nextflow pipleine for long-read PhospoRibo-seq data
- 💡 Learning SQL, and single-cell sequencing analysis
