Steps to reproduce

Have 'Classic hyperHDR color calibration' unticked
Change brightness compensation to something like %60
Restart
Turn hdr on
Observe brightness compensation be unchanged
tick Classic hyperHDR color calibration and then un-tick it
observer brightness compensation be applied.

What is expected?

Brightness compensation should be always applied across restart?

What is actually happening?

I have noticed that the brigtness compensation effect isnt applying properly across reboots. I have a sk9822 which is showing red on max brightness and use backlight compensation to reduce brightness output on white colours. However since updating to v20 from one of the v20 beta versions the brightness compensation value doesnt apply across reboot. It requires me to tick classic colour calibration and then re-tick it for it to apply depsite the ui saying its already unticked.
This seems to be a bug in UI? Is this happenening for all others?

Hi
In which tab you apply the the brightness compensation? There are 2 places: the processing and the remote control tab.

If it's the processing tab try to change any component a bit by ex. one. Any of them: white, red, blue. Just one, not all.

Thanks just tested this by changing the white value by one in the image processing tab and looks to have done the trick based on the quick check. I will check further tomorrow, but looks to be working correctly.

Ok, it's probably a bug and I will fix it, so no need to change color will be needed.
