This repository contains data, code and presentations prepared by Anders Goncalves da Silva for Day 2 of the Population and Landscape Genomics Workshop (CBA-ANU).

Structure
---------

The files are distributed in folders according to sessions throughout the day. There is a mixture of R, Python, and Bash scripts and code. Each one will be used during the day. Eventually, I will add PDFs of the presentations that go with each session.
