This is the environment for noughts and crosses(Tic-Tac-Toe).

I have tested my project in this envrionment. (I am about to publish it about one month later.)

The outout is a row-by-col 2-D arrays. The cross (black stone) is represented by -1 The noughts (white stone) is represented by 1 The empty cell is 0
