Summary

When the .enso directory is missing, the Language Server tries to create it, but does not report errors.

Value

LS behavior is more predictable.

Specification

  • Log the errors when creating the config directory on LS startup.

Acceptance Criteria & Test Cases

  • Language Server logs the creation of the config directory.
