As I'm using litmus in an airgapped environment, it is not able to reach github.com, so I see errors in the UI related to this.

I would like to either:

[prefered] configure it to an alternate location (which would be an internal mirror of the github.com repo). Currently, I'm creating a second ChaosHub pointed to the mirror, so this option is 2 in 1 for me: no more UI errors & no need to configure a 2nd Hub per project anymore

[or] at least, be able disable the default Chaos Hub
