Make builds of protograph with github actions and usable by a nightly.link.

A first build should take an hour and a half, and new builds should take around 10 minutes.

List of future tweaks that can be made

  1. in the deps.yml you can change the godot engine commit to anywhere.
  2. you can also ask me how to add a c++ modules folder
  3. tagged releases are currently done outside of this pr
  4. Debug symbols are doable too, but not this first pr
