The VTR developer guide explains how to use gprof to profile vpr/vtr, but not perf.

Proposed Behaviour

We should also document how to run perf and visualize its output.

Possible Solution

Add a subsection here. https://docs.verilogtorouting.org/en/latest/README.developers/#profiling-vtr

@ueqri : I'm going to assign this to you so you can write some documentation on how to run perf on vtr to go in our developer guide (markup format, built with read the docs)
