Third release, still based on NetBox 2020.02-r0.

• Support is added in workflow for prerelease builds.
• Cleaner output by removal of debug message during build.
• After refactoring a Logic error was introduced but is now fixed.
• The use of sha1sum was saved as .md5 now we use md5sum and save it as .md5 which makes more sense.
• A checklist document HACKING.md is added, hopefully this guide should make it easy to contribute to the project.

• dhcp-boot - how to net boot a WeOS host system using a dedicated container
• led-relay - how to control LEDs and fail-over relay from a container
