Use Case

Wing docusaurus version is still on 2.x.x, be good to update to the latest version to keep up to date and also take advantage of any future updates/features for the docs.

Upgrade the version of docusaurus and relevant plugins.

chore(docs): updating to docusuarus v3 (#947)

Implementation for winglang/wing#6783

- Updated docusuarus to version 3 and all the other dependencies that are required
- Fixed to broken URLS that docusuarus v3 highlighted on build
- Tested the docs locally with all version upgrades
- Added image for broken image in preflight/inflight (need to update main repo with this change once PR merged)
