Prerequisite before running the Application:

Set the GOOGLE_APPLICATION_CREDENTIALS json file path using any of the below methods

1. Create a new Environment Variable GOOGLE_APPLICATION_CREDENTIALS and assign the absolute json file path.
2. In the IDE Run/Build configurations settings, add the Environment Variable GOOGLE_APPLICATION_CREDENTIALS=YourPathToTheJSONFile\pubsubdemo-359610-dcc8346e42b8.json
