Outside comment of party who had been previously involved with the editor in question: It seems to me very appropriate to perhaps point out that the user in question has, apparently, made few if any edits anywhere in the WMF entities, at least under either of these names, since the name change was instituted. If an account is, basically, apparently retired immediately after a name change, with no obvious reasons which would indicate that the retirement was not independent of the name change, such as perhaps people dying, is there any particular reason to honor the "last request" of an inactive editor with a rather significant history of problematic editing, including documented abuse of multiple sockpuppet accounts? If, as seems to be the case, the party has retired, and the name change apparently made on purely personal reasons apparently unrelated to any real problems, such as harassment, if the only way to reverse the account name in one wiki is to reverse the global account name change, I honestly cannot see, at this point, any clear reason to not do so, rather than comply with what seems to be a rather likely attempt at a problematic editor to attempt to redefine themselves after the fact. Als je liever nu al naar "Carol Fenijn" hernoemd wordt, kan dat (en kan de accountmerge later uitgevoerd worden), maar dan zou het veel eenvoudiger zijn als je een globaal account voor Flyingbird aanmaakt door naar nl:Speciaal:GebruikerSamenvoegen te gaan met dat account.   Uitgevoerd. "Flyingbird" is globaal hernoemd naar "Carol Fenijn" en "Carol Fenijn" naar "Carol Fenijn (merge)" om eventueel later weer samengevoegd te worden. Graag nu inloggen op het account "Carol Fenijn". Mocht er nog iets onduidelijk zijn, voelt u zich vrij om mij hier of op mijn overlegpagina (nlwiki) te benaderen.
