What is the purpose of the campaign? How will you measure the success of the campaign?

Description - On October 2nd and 3rd, Wikimedia Ukraine will hold its Wikiconference, the largest annual gathering of the Ukrainian Wikimedia community. For the first time, it will be held both online and in several cities at the same time, which enables us to accommodate for more participants than usually. Thus, it would be highly beneficial to spread the word about the conference as widely as possible for more people to participate. Registration is open until September 20th.

Metrics - 60 participants of the conference, 20 sessions recorded and available for after-the-conference use
