Request for global (un)block
202.65.245.6
My IP was blocked due to being an "open proxy" and due to proxy abuse. However my IP actually belongs to a ISP proxy server, and last i checked it is not an open proxy. Please remove it. 202.65.245.6.
So...any updates?

Massive crosswiki spamming of several domains. See User:COIBot/UserReports/121.97.74.130 & luxotools above (addition of several spam domains across many wikis or creation of spam pages across many projects too). This IP has been used only for spam for quite some time now so and hold several long time blocks on big wikis. Please global block it for some months. Global rollback for RubiksMaster110
- Global user: RubiksMaster110 (edits (alt) • CA • global groups • crossactivity • verify 2FA)
- Well, I'm a rollbacker on Spanish Wikipedia (which I have over 7.000 edits) and on Simple English Wikipedia. I have a lot of experience at reverting and Anti-vandalism work, and I do contribute at cleaning, and sometimes reverting and warning in other wikis, especially Wikimedia commons and English Wikipedia, which I contribute maybe once a week or so.I am really looking forward for rollbacking/contributing in other wikis, such as the italian wikipedia or even Meta-Wiki. I know Spanish and English, and I understand a little of Italian and Ruman, as you can see in my My Spanish user page. I have never been warned - or blocked on any wiki, check my talk pages in my global contributions for any reason ;). Thank you so much for your time and concern, I really appreciate a lot. Greetings, RubiksMaster110 05:07, 30 December 2009 (UTC)

Global rollback for Mentifisto
- Global user: Mentifisto (edits (alt) • CA • global groups • crossactivity • verify 2FA)
Hello there. I've been using undo for quite some time now, crosswiki, and admittedly it's not very efficient. I think I can perform even better if I could use rollback instead; I'm thorough and attentive when it comes to edits in languages I don't understand, and always attempt to translate and comprehend the text at hand - as I do here and on Commons, where I do rollback malicious/spammy edits as part of the sysop package. Thanks for your evaluations. -- Mentifisto 15:57, 4 January 2010 (UTC)

I am an electrical engineer. I have worked in ISPs and I think as Wikipedia is spreading all over the world we should care of it. - Amirorn, you can be part of the community whenever you like! You don't need anyone to agree to it. If you want to join fawiki (I noticed you're registered), you can begin by reading fa:وپ:راهنما... then you're simply 'a little part of the community' when you participate in discussions etc. :-) This page isn't exactly the right venue for what you want, though. -- Mentifisto 12:49, 7 January 2010 (UTC)

The best way to participate in Wikipedia is by writing or correcting articles in the project of your own language. You can simply start editing existing articles or write new articles about something you know. Like Mentifisto says you can just join the Persian Wikipedia. --Erwin 13:18, 7 January 2010 (UTC)

- would help me when I revert spammers and vandals in different wikis,
- would help me work faster (rollback right greatly speeds up the removal of spam, vandalism, etc).

Global rollback for Bsadowski1
- Global user: Bsadowski1 (edits (alt) • CA • global groups • crossactivity • verify 2FA)
I have thought long and hard about this and I believe I have enough experience. I am currently a sysop at Simple Wikipedia, rollbacker/account creator at English, and rollback at another wiki. I have dealt with crosswiki vandalism by undoing multiple edits (see global contribs), along with spam. I also have helped the stewards lock global accounts that were offensive/doing vandalism on multiple wikis. I also have helped the stewards lock a bunch of sockpuppets of a specific vandal. Being global rollbacker would help greatly since they are much faster than doing undo. In addition to vandalism, I have reverted some spam on different wikis. --Bsadowski1 21:25, 15 January 2010 (UTC)
- Outside of your home projects (where you do excellent work!) I don't see too many cross-wiki anti-vandalism contributions. Perhaps it would be good to wait a couple months and make some more reverts? –Juliancolton | Talk 21:36, 15 January 2010 (UTC)
- Sorry, you do a great work on your home/main projects, but I don't see the needed crosswiki work and edits here. I have to agree with Julian on this. I think it would be better to wait a bit more. -Barras talk 21:40, 15 January 2010 (UTC)
- Per above, sorry. You're not really active enough in cross-wiki issues to require global rollback. I second Julian's advice: wait a few months and get more active with cross wiki vandalism and this shouldn't be a problem next time. Cheers, ···Lauryn 21:57, 15 January 2010 (UTC)
