Misuses his global account to disruptively move articles in 103 (!) language versions of Wikipedia, without knowing the vast majority of these languages. He never establishes consensus for his moves, never communicates or cooperates with other users (impossible, due to lacking language skills). He has already been blocked in German, Afrikaans, Bosnian, Esperanto, Basque, French, Ilokano, Luxemburgish, Kapampangan, Romanian, Swedish and Yoruba Wikipedia for disruption, but continues with his problematic behaviour in several other projects, e.g. 4 moves in Catalan today, 23 in Cebuano yesterday etc. I think that smaller projects with few active users might not be aware of this global problem, so it should be solved globally. --RJFF (talk) 14:02, 30 January 2013 (UTC)
