Locked global account

Locked users have a unified account which has been locked by a Steward. This is done to stop abuse such as spamming, vandalism, or creating malicious account names. Locked users may not log in to their account - this means that they cannot perform any actions on any wikimedia wiki (like a blocked user). Furthermore, they cannot edit their preferences, or view or change their watchlist.
