Abstract
The invention discloses a method for intelligent adjustment of layout of an input method keyboard. The method comprises the following steps of opening a virtual keyboard and receiving English letters input by a user; judging all possible Pinyin combinations or English word combinations according to the input English letters; and highlighting all next letter keys capable of forming Chinese Pinyin or English words at the virtual keyboard. According to the method for intelligent adjustment of layout of the input method keyboard, the letters are formed and input according to the Chinese Pinyin or English words, so that the English letters capable of forming Chinese Pinyin or English words can be intelligently judged, the letters capable of forming Pinyin can be highlighted, and the residual letters are not displayed, and thus the probability of pushing the wrong keys can be remarkably reduced; meanwhile, through highlighting all next letter keys capable of forming Pinyin, the input accuracy and the input speed can be improved and the user experience is promoted.
