Abstract
The invention relates to a jaundice phototherapy device, which comprises a light source box, wherein a light-emitting device for generating blue light is arranged in the light source box; one end of the light pipe is communicated with the light source box; the optical fiber blanket is communicated with the other end of the light pipe; a protective assembly including a housing, a first bladder, and a second bladder; the shell is provided with a light-transmitting interlayer, and the light-transmitting interlayer is provided with an inlet for placing the optical fiber blanket; the first air bag and the second air bag are arranged on the shell, and when the first air bag and the second air bag are inflated simultaneously, the first air bag, the second air bag and the shell form a placing cavity. The protective assembly of the invention comprises a shell, a first air bag and a second air bag, wherein the first air bag and the second air bag can form a placing cavity for placing a neonate when the first air bag and the second air bag are inflated simultaneously.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of medical equipment, in particular to a jaundice phototherapy device.
Background
In neonatal jaundice treatment, blue light is generally used as a main light source to directly irradiate a neonatal patient so as to achieve the aim of treatment. The phototherapy box and the phototherapy blanket are commonly arranged on the market, wherein the phototherapy box is large in size and inconvenient to carry, and the treatment can be carried out only in a large-scale professional medical institution, so that the home-use jaundice treatment equipment is generally a relatively light phototherapy blanket, but the phototherapy blanket still has inconvenience in the use process, a neonate is generally placed through an optical fiber blanket, the optical fiber blanket cannot play a good protection role on the neonate when being laid flat, and a professional is required to nurse when the phototherapy blanket is not matched with other equipment.

The jaundice phototherapy device comprises a light source box, wherein a light-emitting device for generating blue light is arranged in the light source box; one end of the light pipe is communicated with the light source box; the optical fiber blanket is communicated with the other end of the light pipe; a protective assembly including a housing, a first bladder, and a second bladder; the shell is provided with a light-transmitting interlayer, and the light-transmitting interlayer is provided with an inlet for placing the optical fiber blanket; the first air bag and the second air bag are arranged on the shell, and when the first air bag and the second air bag are inflated simultaneously, the first air bag, the second air bag and the shell form a placing cavity.

Further, the head rest portion is provided with an inclined surface which is matched with the head portion, and the inclined surface is inclined downwards in sequence from the first air bag to the placing cavity.

Fig. 1 schematically shows the structure of a jaundice phototherapy apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 1, a jaundice phototherapy apparatus includes a light source box 1, a light pipe 2, an optical fiber blanket 14, and a protection component 3.
The light source box 1, the light pipe 2 and the optical fiber blanket 14 are existing mature products, the light source box 1 mainly generates blue light inside for conduction of the light pipe 2, specifically, diodes generating blue light are arranged in the light source box 1, and a plurality of diodes are arranged inside the light source box 1 because a large amount of blue light is required to be generated, so that the diodes are conveniently placed, and the diodes are assembled together through one substrate; it is known that, in order to facilitate the conduction of the blue light generated by the diode, the light source box 1 is provided with a socket into which the light pipe 2 is inserted; the light pipe 2 is internally provided with a plurality of plastic optical fibers, and two ends of the light pipe are provided with connectors which are respectively connected with the light source box 1 and the optical fiber blanket 14, so that blue light in the light source box 1 is transmitted into the optical fiber blanket 14; the optical fiber blanket 14 comprises a blanket body capable of transmitting light, and a plurality of plastic optical fibers capable of emitting light are arranged in the blanket body, so that the light beams transmitted by the light guide tube 2 are received to emit light, and the structures of the three are well known to those skilled in the art, so that redundant description is omitted.
The protective assembly 3 comprises a housing 12, a first balloon 4 and a second balloon 9; the shell 12 is provided with a light-transmitting interlayer 15, the light-transmitting interlayer 15 is provided with an inlet 8 for the optical fiber blanket 14 to be put in, wherein the shell 12 can be made of light-transmitting braided fabric or light-transmitting PC plastic, and therefore, after the optical fiber blanket 14 is put in, the emitted light can be irradiated through the shell 12; the first air bag 4 and the second air bag 9 are arranged on the shell 12, the shaft sleeves 6 are arranged on the first air bag 4 and the second air bag 9, the shaft sleeves 6 of the first air bag 4 and the second air bag 9 are connected through the detachable air duct 5, and in order to facilitate the air duct 5 to be fixed on the shaft sleeves 6, the connection parts of the first air bag 4 and the second air bag 9 are fixed through the clamps, so that when the first air bag 4 is inflated, the second air bag 9 and the first air bag 4 are connected together, and air of the first air bag 4 enters the second air bag 9 through the air duct 5, so that the expansion of the first air bag 4 and the second air bag 9 is realized; when the first air bag 4 and the second air bag 9 are inflated simultaneously, the first air bag 4, the second air bag 9 and the shell 12 form a placing cavity 11, and after a neonate is placed in the placing cavity 11, the first air bag 4 and the second air bag 9 can protect the neonate from being separated from the illumination range.
Wherein, the valve 13 capable of inflating and deflating is arranged on the first air bag 4, thus the valve 13 is matched with the inflator to realize the inflation and deflation of the first air bag 4; the side of the first air bag 4 facing the placing cavity 11 is provided with a head support part 7; the head support 7 is provided with an inclined surface 10 matched with the head, and the inclined surface 10 is inclined downwards from the first air bag 4 to the placing cavity 11 in sequence, so that the head of a newborn can be lifted under the action of the head support 7, and the neck stress is reduced.
In another use mode, since the first air bag 4 and the second air bag 9 are connected through the air duct 5, when the air duct 5 is pulled out of the second air bag 9 and is sealed by the clip, and then the first air bag 4 is inflated, the second air bag 9 is not inflated any more, only the first air bag 4 is inflated, and the head is supported only by the head support portion 7.
When the invention is assembled and a placing cavity 11 is needed to be formed for placing a neonate, the invention comprises the steps of firstly connecting the first air bag 4 and the second air bag 9 together through the air duct 5, fixing the first air bag and the second air bag through the clip, then inflating the first air bag through the valve 13 of the first air bag 4 until the first air bag 4 and the second air bag 9 are inflated to completely form the placing cavity 11, placing the neonate into the placing cavity, and finally opening the switch to irradiate blue light.
When the head support is carried out only through the head support part 7 of the first air bag 4 after the assembly of the invention is completed, the steps are that firstly, the air duct 5 is pulled out of the second air bag 9 and is sealed by the clip, and then the valve 13 of the first air bag 4 is used for inflating until the first air bag 4 is completely inflated, and the head support part 7 is formed at the moment, so that the head support of the neonate can be realized.

A plurality of diodes are arranged in the light source box (1), and are assembled together through a substrate in order to facilitate placement of the diodes; in order to facilitate the conduction of blue light generated by the diode, the light source box (1) is provided with a socket for inserting the light pipe (2); a plurality of plastic optical fibers are arranged in the light pipe (2), and joints are arranged at two ends of the plastic optical fibers and are respectively connected with the light source box (1) and the optical fiber blanket (14), so that blue light in the light source box (1) is transmitted into the optical fiber blanket (14);
A protective assembly (3), the protective assembly (3) comprising a housing (12), a first air-bag (4) and a second air-bag (9); the shell (12) is provided with a light-transmitting interlayer (15), and the light-transmitting interlayer (15) is provided with an inlet (8) for placing the optical fiber blanket (14); the shell (12) is made of light-transmitting braided fabric or light-transmitting PC plastic, so that after the optical fiber blanket (14) is put in, the emitted light can irradiate through the shell (12); the first air bag (4) and the second air bag (9) are arranged on the shell (12);
The first air bag (4) and the second air bag (9) are provided with shaft sleeves (6), and the shaft sleeves (6) of the first air bag (4) and the second air bag (9) are connected through a detachable air duct (5); in order to facilitate the fixation of the air duct (5) on the shaft sleeve (6), the joint of the two is fixed through a clip, therefore, when the first air bag (4) is inflated, as the second air bag (9) is connected with the first air bag (4), the air of the first air bag (4) enters the second air bag (9) through the air duct (5), so that the expansion of the first air bag (4) and the second air bag (9) is realized; when the first air bag (4) and the second air bag (9) are inflated at the same time, the first air bag (4), the second air bag (9) and the shell (12) form a placing cavity (11), and after a neonate is placed in the placing cavity (11), the first air bag (4) and the second air bag (9) can protect the neonate and prevent the neonate from being separated from the illumination range;
