in the drying mode, the fan conveys hot air generated by the air heater into the washing container to dry the cleaned articles, and meanwhile, the hot air entering the water supply pipeline also dries the water supply pipeline.

In the actual use process, the main water inlet can be directly connected with the water supply source, or the main water inlet can be provided with the water inlet valve 11, the main water inlet is connected with the water supply source through the water inlet valve 11, for example, the water inlet valve 11 on the base 1 is connected with an external water supply pipeline to introduce an external water source, when a user needs to wash articles, the washing container 2 is arranged on the base 1, at the moment, the water outlet pipe joint 101 is inserted into the water inlet joint 201 in a sealing way, meanwhile, the water return pipe joint 102 is inserted into the water outlet joint 202 in a sealing way to realize the sealing connection of a water way between the base 1 and the washing container 2, the water inlet valve 11 is opened to realize the injection of cleaning water into the water tank 13, after the water injection is finished, the circulating water pump 12 is started, the water in the water tank 13 is output from the water outlet joint 101 to the water supply pipeline 22, the water supply pipeline 22 correspondingly conveys the water into the spray arm 21, the spray arm 21 is of a hollow structure, a plurality of water spray holes communicated with the hollow structure are further arranged on the spray arm 21, the water conveyed by the pipeline 22 enters the hollow structure of the spray arm 21 and flows outside the hollow structure through the holes to realize the sealing connection, the water spray holes in the water container 2 flows back to the water outlet joint 2, and the water circulation flows from the water tank 1 to the water supply container to realize the solid line, and the circulating water circulation flow in the water circulation flow, and the water circulation flow is shown by referring to the water storage container 1. Specifically, the controller 3 can determine whether the cleaning operation can be started according to the state of the safety switch 24, that is, when the washing container 2 is mounted on the base 1 and the first connector 25 is electrically connected with the second connector 15, at this time, the controller 3 detects the state of the safety switch 24, the state change of the safety switch 24 is realized by tightly covering the sealing cover 2-2, taking the case that the safety switch 24 is in a normally open state as an example, after the sealing cover 2-2 is covered on the washing tub 2-1, the sealing cover 2-2 will trigger the safety switch 24 to be closed, at this time, after the controller 3 detects that the safety switch 24 is closed, the controller 3 can control the circulating water pump 12 to start when the user starts the circulating water pump 12 to perform cleaning, otherwise, the user cannot start the circulating water pump 12 to perform cleaning when the washing container 2 is not mounted or the sealing cover 2-2 is not tightly covered. In addition, in order to facilitate the rapid and convenient assembly of the user, the bottom of the washing tub 2-1 is provided with a first connector 25, a water inlet port 201 and a water outlet port 202, and correspondingly, the upper end surface of the base 1 is provided with a second connector 15, a water outlet pipe joint 101 and a water return pipe joint 102, and when in actual use, the washing tub 2 is only required to be mounted on the base 1 from above to complete the assembly.
Further, in order to quickly dry the articles in the washing container 2 after washing is completed, the air supply assembly 4 is arranged in the base 1, the air supply assembly 4 comprises an air heater 41 and a fan 42, the base 1 is also provided with an air outlet connector 103, and the fan 42 is used for outputting air heated by the air heater 41 from the air outlet connector 103; the washing container 2 is provided with an air induction channel 26 connected with the air outlet connector 103, the air induction channel 26 is also used for conveying hot air into the washing cavity 20 of the washing container 2, specifically, after the washing of the articles in the washing container 2 is completed through the spray arm 21, more water remains on the surfaces of the articles, at the moment, the air supply assembly 4 is started, the fan 42 sucks air outside the base 1 and heats the air through the air heater 41 to form hot air, and the hot air is sent into the washing container 2 through the air induction channel 26 so as to quickly dry the water remaining on the surfaces of the articles by the hot air. Wherein the hot air conveyed by the air-inducing channel 26 can directly enter the washing container 2, that is, the air-inducing channel 26 is provided with a second air outlet (not labeled) communicated with the washing cavity of the washing container 2, preferably, in order to simultaneously dry the water supply pipeline 22 and the spray arm 21 in the process of drying the articles, the air-inducing channel 26 is provided with a first air outlet (not labeled) connected with the water supply pipeline 22, the first air outlet is provided with a first valve (not labeled), specifically, one part of the hot air conveyed from the air-inducing channel 26 enters the washing container 2 through the second air outlet, the other part enters the water supply pipeline 22 through the first air outlet, the hot air in the water supply pipeline 22 is finally sprayed out of the spray arm 21 to dry the articles, on one hand, the hot air in the water supply pipeline 22 can dry water remained in the water supply pipeline 22 and the spray arm 21, on the other hand, the hot air is sprayed out of the spray arm 21, and the sprayed hot air can cover the articles in a larger area, so that the articles are dried in an omnibearing manner, and the drying efficiency is improved more favorably. Similarly, a second valve (not labeled) may be disposed at the second air outlet, and the first valve and the second valve are both connected to the controller 3, and the controller 3 controls the opening and closing of the first valve and the second valve. In order to achieve air pressure balance, a drain outlet on the water tank 13 can be opened in the drying process, so that the hot air entering the washing cavity 20 can be output to the outside through the drain outlet after drying the articles. Preferably, the blowoff valve module 5 is used for exhausting the air dried in the washing cavity in addition to the water in the water tank 13. Specifically, after the washing is finished, the blow-down valve module 5 is opened, water in the water tank 13 is discharged, and during the drying, the blow-down valve module 5 is also in an opened state, so that the hot air entering the washing cavity 20 can be discharged through the blow-down valve module 5 after being dried. Preferably, the blow-down valve module 5 comprises: the sewage treatment device comprises a sewage drain pipe 51, a sealing plug 52 and a driving mechanism 53, wherein a water outlet 511 and an exhaust hole 513 are formed in the pipe wall of the sewage drain pipe 51, the sewage drain pipe 51 is connected with the sewage drain, and the sewage drain, the water outlet 511 and the exhaust hole 513 are sequentially arranged; the sealing plug 52 is slidably arranged in the sewage drain 51, and the sealing plug 52 is used for sealing the inner pipe wall of the sewage drain 51; the driving mechanism 53 is used for driving the sealing plug 52 to slide in the sewage drain 51. Specifically, the expression entity of the driving mechanism 53 may adopt a linear motor, an electric push rod, or other mechanisms with telescopic functions to realize the reciprocating movement of the sealing plug 52 in the sewage drain 51, and in the washing process, as shown in fig. 4, the sealing plug 52 slides to a position close to the sewage drain, so as to seal the whole sewage drain 51; when drainage is required, as shown in fig. 5, the sealing plug 52 moves away from the drain outlet to expose the drain outlet 511 for drainage; during the drying process, as shown in fig. 6, the sealing plug 52 is moved further away from the drain port to expose the air discharge hole 513, and at this time, both the water discharge port 511 and the air discharge hole 513 can be exhausted. In fig. 4 to 6, solid arrows represent water flow, and broken arrows represent air flow.
Based on the technical scheme, the specific use method of the split type cleaning machine comprises a cleaning mode and a drying mode;
In the cleaning mode, the washing container is arranged on the base, so that the water outlet pipe connector is in sealing connection with the water inlet connector, the water return pipe connector is in sealing connection with the water outlet connector, then the circulating water pump conveys water in the water tank to the water supply pipeline, and the water in the water supply pipeline is sprayed outwards through the spray arm to clean articles in the washing container;
in the drying mode, the fan conveys hot air generated by the air heater into the washing container to dry the cleaned articles, and meanwhile, the hot air entering the water supply pipeline also dries the water supply pipeline.
