Abstract
The disclosure relates to a display method and device of evaluation information, a processing method and device of evaluation information, an electronic device and a storage medium. The display method comprises the following steps: responding to the operation of inputting target evaluation content by a user, displaying the target evaluation content in an evaluation area, and sending the target evaluation content to a server; responding to the operation for triggering the display evaluation in the target interest point page, acquiring the interest point evaluation from a server, and displaying the interest point evaluation in the display area of the interest point page, wherein the interest point evaluation comprises the target interest point evaluation; and responding to the operation for triggering the display evaluation in the resource detail page, acquiring the resource evaluation from the server, and displaying the resource evaluation in the display area of the resource detail page, wherein the resource evaluation comprises the target resource evaluation. Technical Field

Background
With the popularization of the mobile internet and the increasing demand of users, more and more people watch short videos through devices such as mobile terminals and purchase goods in POIs (Point of interest, points of interest) bound to the short videos.

Meanwhile, a more efficient processing flow and an independent data storage unit are adopted, so that better benefits are provided in the aspects of expanding and maintaining the system.
Fig. 1 is a flowchart illustrating a method for presenting evaluation information according to an exemplary embodiment, where the method is applied to a terminal for illustration, it will be understood that the method may also be applied to a server, or to a system including a terminal and a server, and implemented through interaction between the terminal and the server. In this embodiment, the method includes the following steps:
in step 102, in response to an operation of inputting target evaluation content by a user, the target evaluation content is displayed in an evaluation area, and the target evaluation content is sent to a server, so that the server generates target interest point evaluation and target resource evaluation according to the target evaluation content, wherein the evaluation type of the target evaluation content is a composite type, and the composite type is used for representing that the target evaluation content can be displayed in a target interest point page and a resource detail page respectively.
In the embodiment of the present disclosure, in a scenario in which a user evaluates target resource data (taking a target resource as an example of a commodity), an evaluation area may be included in a current display interface, and the user may input target evaluation content for the target resource data through an operation of inputting the target evaluation content, and display the input target evaluation content in the evaluation area, where the operation of inputting the target evaluation content may include operations such as inputting speech, inputting through a device such as a keyboard, and the operation of inputting the target evaluation content is not specifically limited in the embodiment of the present disclosure.
When the user inputs the target evaluation content which can be displayed on the target POI page and also can be displayed in the resource detail page in the evaluation area, the terminal equipment can send the target evaluation content to the server. After receiving the target evaluation data, the server identifies that the evaluation type of the target evaluation content is a composite type, then the target POI evaluation and the target resource evaluation can be respectively generated based on the target evaluation content input by the user, and the target POI evaluation is associated to the corresponding POI page, so that the effect that one comment information issued by the user can be respectively associated and displayed in different pages is achieved. Specifically, the process of generating the target POI evaluation and the target resource evaluation according to the target evaluation content respectively will be carefully shown and described in the subsequent embodiments, and in the embodiments of the present disclosure, the description will not be repeated here, and only need to refer to the related description.
In step 104, in response to the operation for triggering the display evaluation in the target interest point page, the interest point evaluation is obtained from the server, and the interest point evaluation is displayed in the display area of the interest point page, wherein the interest point evaluation comprises the target interest point evaluation.
In the embodiment of the disclosure, after a user enters a target POI page through the target POI, the corresponding POI evaluation can be checked in the target POI page. The user may trigger the terminal device to obtain all POI evaluations corresponding to the target POI page from the server by triggering an evaluation obtaining button in the target POI page, and display the obtained POI evaluations in the target POI page, where the POI evaluations displayed in the target POI page include the target POI evaluations when the target POI page is a POI page associated with the target POI evaluations.
In step 106, in response to the operation for triggering the display evaluation in the resource detail page, the resource evaluation is obtained from the server, and the resource evaluation is displayed in the display area of the resource detail page, wherein the resource evaluation comprises the target resource evaluation.
In the embodiment of the disclosure, after a user enters a resource detail page corresponding to target resource data, the user can check corresponding resource evaluation in the resource detail page. By way of example, the user may trigger the terminal device to obtain all the resource evaluations corresponding to the resource detail page from the server by triggering the evaluation obtaining button in the resource detail page, where the resource evaluations displayed in the resource detail page include the target resource evaluation.
By adopting the display method of the evaluation information provided by the embodiment of the disclosure, the terminal equipment can respond to the operation of inputting the target evaluation content by the user, display the target evaluation content in the evaluation area and send the target evaluation content to the server so that the server generates the target POI evaluation and the target resource evaluation according to the target evaluation content, wherein the evaluation type of the target evaluation content is composite evaluation, and the composite type is used for representing that the target evaluation content can be displayed in the target POI page and the resource detail page respectively. Further, the terminal device may obtain the POI rating from the server in response to the operation for triggering the display rating in the target POI page, and display the POI rating in the display area of the POI page, where the POI rating includes the target POI rating. The terminal device may obtain the resource evaluation from the server in response to the operation for triggering the display evaluation in the resource detail page, and display the resource evaluation in the display area of the resource detail page, where the resource evaluation includes the target resource evaluation. By adopting the method for displaying the evaluation information, which is provided by the embodiment of the disclosure, the evaluation content which can be displayed in the POI page and the resource detail page at the same time is positioned into the composite evaluation, so that corresponding composite evaluation information (including the POI evaluation displayed in the POI page and the resource evaluation displayed in the resource detail page) is generated, the data quantity of the POI evaluation and the resource evaluation is enriched, the evaluation content issued by the user can be displayed in two evaluation scenes respectively, the flexibility of evaluation display is improved, and the efficiency of acquiring information such as evaluation feedback by the user can be improved because the exploration depth of the POI evaluation is lower than the exploration depth of the resource evaluation, so that the enthusiasm of interaction between the user and the resource data in the POI is improved.
In an exemplary embodiment, before step 102, the method may further include:

In the embodiment of the disclosure, after the user experiences the target resource data, feedback evaluation can be performed on the target resource data through a target order corresponding to the target resource data. The page associated with the target order corresponding to the target resource data is referred to as an order associated page, and may include an order list page and an order detail page. The order list page displays at least one order, each order is provided with a corresponding evaluation button, and the evaluation button corresponding to the triggering target order can display an evaluation area corresponding to the target order in the order list page. The order detail page corresponding to the target order can be entered after the target order is triggered, order data of the target order including commodity content, order time, amount and the like are displayed in the order detail page, a corresponding evaluation button is arranged in the order detail page, and an evaluation area corresponding to the target order can be displayed in the order detail page after the evaluation button displayed in the page is triggered.
The evaluation area can be displayed in a popup window or a floating layer, and the display mode of the evaluation area is not particularly limited in the embodiment of the disclosure.
By adopting the display method of the evaluation information provided by the embodiment of the disclosure, the display evaluation area can be triggered by the order list page and the order detail page, and then the target evaluation content is input by the evaluation area, and the user can simultaneously issue the POI evaluation and the resource evaluation by inputting the target evaluation content, so that the user operation is simplified, the user evaluation issue efficiency can be improved, and the data quantity of the POI evaluation and the resource evaluation is further enriched.
In an exemplary embodiment, displaying a point of interest evaluation in a display area of a target point of interest page includes:
aiming at the target interest point evaluation, the target interest point evaluation is displayed in a display area of a target interest point page, and resource link information of target resource data is displayed at an associated display position of the target interest point evaluation, wherein the target resource data is resource data corresponding to a target order.
In the embodiment of the disclosure, since the target evaluation content is an evaluation performed by a user on the target resource data, after the target POI evaluation and the target resource evaluation are generated according to the target evaluation content, resource link information of the target resource data can be displayed at an associated display position of the target POI evaluation in the process of displaying the target POI evaluation. The associated presentation location may be adjacent to the presentation location of the target POI rating, for example: as shown in fig. 2, the associated display position is below the target POI rating, and in the display process, the display manner of the resource link information is different from the target POI rating, for example: the fonts are different, and the font size of the resource link information is smaller than that of the target POI evaluation.
Because the exploration depth of the POI evaluation is lower than the exploration depth of the resource evaluation, the display method of the evaluation information provided by the embodiment of the disclosure can enable a user to intuitively and rapidly locate target resource data, can improve the exposure rate of the target resource data, and provides more intuitive POI evaluation with reference significance for the user.
In an exemplary embodiment, the target evaluation content is an evaluation content issued after the target order has been approved and the server has received approval data for the target order.
In the embodiment of the disclosure, after the user places an order for the target resource data, the target order needs to be verified and approved when the user uses the target resource data. By way of example, taking the target resource data as a voucher, a verification object for verification and verification is taken as a merchant, the verification and verification merchant can perform verification and verification on the voucher purchased by the user, and after verification and verification, the corresponding verification and verification data can be reported to the server, wherein the verification and verification data can include a merchant identifier (an object identifier can be a POI identifier corresponding to the verification and verification object) of the verification and verification merchant and an order identifier corresponding to the voucher.

That is, after the target order has been approved and the server has received the approval data for the target order, the POI corresponding to the target comment content may be located at this time, and the evaluation content issued by the current user for the target order may be used as an experience feedback evaluation for the POI, so that it may be determined that the evaluation content issued at this time is a target evaluation content of a composite evaluation type, and the server may generate and issue a target POI evaluation and a target resource evaluation simultaneously according to the target evaluation content.
According to the evaluation data processing method provided by the embodiment of the disclosure, the evaluation content released after the target order is approved and the server has received the approval data for the target order is used as the composite evaluation, so that the server can generate the POI comments displayed on the POI page and the resource comments displayed on the resource detail page based on the evaluation content, the quantity of the POI comments can be effectively enriched, and the exposure rate of the evaluation released by the user is improved.
In an exemplary embodiment, where the order placement path of the target order is a target path, the evaluation content issued for the target order is a target evaluation content, and the target path is an order placement path associated with the point of interest.
In the embodiment of the disclosure, for an order, there are a plurality of ways for ordering by a user, for example, the order may be ordered by a live broadcasting room link, a POI shelf, etc., and after the order is ordered by the user, the system may record the ordering way corresponding to the order, for example: and marking the path ID corresponding to the order placing path in order data corresponding to the order. The POI shelf is a page which is accessed after clicking the POI.
If verification data for a target order is not currently received, it cannot be determined where the target order is verified, and the POI associated therewith cannot be determined, so that further verification based on the order placement path of the target order is required. Illustratively, the target pathway associated with a POI in embodiments of the present disclosure is a pathway that enables determination of a unique POI identity, such as: under the conditions that the ordering path is a POI shelf, a POI link and the like, the ordering path can be determined to be a target path associated with the POI, and the POI associated with the evaluation data can be determined at the moment, so that the currently issued evaluation content can be determined to be the target evaluation content of the composite evaluation type, and the further server can simultaneously generate and issue target POI evaluation and target resource evaluation according to the target evaluation content.
According to the method for displaying the evaluation information, the composite evaluation can be positioned through the ordering way, the evaluation content which can be positioned to the POI through the ordering way is used as the target evaluation content, so that the server can generate the POI comment displayed on the POI page and the resource comment displayed on the resource detail page based on the evaluation content, the quantity of the POI evaluation can be effectively enriched, and the exposure rate of the evaluation issued by the user is improved.
Fig. 3 is a flowchart showing a method of processing rating information according to an exemplary embodiment, in which the method is applied to a terminal for illustration, it will be understood that the method may also be applied to a server, or to a system including a terminal and a server, and implemented through interaction of the terminal and the server. In this embodiment, the method includes the following steps:
in step 302, target evaluation content is received, and an evaluation type of the target evaluation content is determined.
In the embodiment of the disclosure, after the user logs in the account through the middle terminal device, the user may issue an evaluation, for example: and inputting target evaluation content into a display interface of the terminal equipment, and sending corresponding evaluation data to the server according to the target evaluation content by the terminal equipment. After receiving the evaluation data, the server can acquire target evaluation content from the evaluation data, determine an evaluation type corresponding to the evaluation target evaluation content, and further determine a distribution channel of the evaluation data according to the evaluation type. The evaluation types may include POI evaluation, resource evaluation, and composite evaluation.
The distribution channels may include a POI distribution channel, a resource distribution channel and a composite distribution channel, where the POI distribution channel is a channel for triggering and executing a POI evaluation distribution process, the resource distribution channel is a channel for triggering and executing a resource evaluation distribution process, and the composite distribution channel is a channel for triggering and simultaneously corresponding to an POI evaluation scene and an evaluation distribution process of a resource evaluation scene, where the resource evaluation may be commodity evaluation, service evaluation, and the like, and this is not specifically limited in the embodiments of the present disclosure.
In step 304, when the evaluation type of the target evaluation content is determined to be a composite type, generating a target interest point evaluation and a target resource evaluation according to the target evaluation content, wherein the composite type is used for representing the target evaluation content as the evaluation content which can be respectively displayed in the interest point page and the resource detail page.
In the embodiment of the disclosure, when determining that the target evaluation content is the evaluation content of the composite type adapting to both the POI evaluation and the resource evaluation, the distribution channel of the target evaluation content may be determined as the composite distribution channel. And when the release channel of the target evaluation content is a composite release channel, the POI evaluation release flow and the resource evaluation release flow can be respectively triggered, namely, the target POI evaluation and the target resource evaluation are generated based on the target evaluation content at the same time.
In step 306, the target point of interest evaluation and the target resource evaluation are stored.
For example, after the target POI rating and the target resource rating are generated, the target POI rating and the target resource rating may be stored, respectively. For example, assuming that the user a issues the target POI evaluation content of "grace environment, service enthusiasm to" after buying the double package a in a dining hall, after generating the target POI evaluation and the target commodity evaluation according to the target evaluation content, the target POI evaluation is associated to the corresponding target POI page, and when the user B enters the target POI page, the target POI evaluation of "grace environment, service enthusiasm to" issued by the user a can be seen. According to the processing method of the evaluation information, a server receives target evaluation content, and when the evaluation type of the target evaluation content is determined to be a composite type, target POI evaluation and target resource evaluation are respectively generated according to the target evaluation content, wherein the composite type is used for representing that the target evaluation content is the evaluation content which can be respectively displayed in a POI page and a resource detail page; and storing the target POI evaluation and the target resource evaluation. By adopting the evaluation information processing method, the evaluation content which can be displayed in the POI page and the resource detail page at the same time is positioned into the composite type evaluation, so that corresponding composite evaluation information (including the POI evaluation displayed in the POI page and the resource evaluation displayed in the resource detail page) is generated, the data quantity of the POI evaluation and the resource evaluation is enriched, the evaluation content issued by the user can be displayed in two evaluation scenes respectively, the flexibility of evaluation display is improved, and the efficiency of the user for acquiring information such as evaluation feedback can be improved because the exploration depth of the POI evaluation is lower than the exploration depth of the resource evaluation, so that the enthusiasm of the user for interacting with the resource data in the POI is improved.
In an exemplary embodiment, referring to fig. 4, the method may further include:
in step 402, verification data sent by a verification object is received, wherein the verification data comprises an object identifier and an order identifier of the verification object;
in step 404, the mapping relationship between the order identifier and the object identifier of the verification object is recorded in the verification table.
In the embodiment of the disclosure, after the user places an order for the target resource data, the target order needs to be verified and approved when the user uses the target resource data. In the embodiment of the disclosure, the platform realizes automatic update and synchronization of the order data of the user through a mechanism of real-time notification of the order data of the merchant, and can keep the latest data of the order in real time so as to provide the latest data for an automatic identification processing module in a system to use and calculate.
In an exemplary embodiment, referring to fig. 5, in step 302, receiving the target evaluation content and determining the evaluation type of the target evaluation content may include:
in step 502, evaluation data is received, wherein the evaluation data includes target evaluation content;
in step 504, under the condition that the evaluation data includes the order mark, searching a verification object having a mapping relation with the order mark in a verification table according to the order mark;
in step 506, when a verification object having a mapping relation with the order identifier is found, it is determined that the evaluation type of the target evaluation content is a composite type.
In the embodiment of the disclosure, after receiving the evaluation data, it may be determined whether the evaluation data includes information such as an order identifier, and if the evaluation data includes the order identifier, a verification object having a mapping relationship with the order identifier may be further searched for in the verification table based on the order identifier. If a verification object with a mapping relation with the order mark is found in the verification table, the target order corresponding to the order mark is verified at the verification object, that is, the user can be determined that the user has related experience at the verification object, the target evaluation content can be determined to be a composite evaluation, that is, the target evaluation content can be a resource evaluation aiming at target resource data or a POI evaluation aiming at the verification object, so that the evaluation type of the target evaluation content can be determined to be a composite type.
According to the evaluation data processing method provided by the embodiment of the disclosure, whether the target evaluation content is the composite type evaluation can be determined through the verification and marketing table, so that the evaluation release flow corresponding to the composite type evaluation is triggered, the number of POI evaluation can be effectively enriched, and the exposure rate of the evaluation released by the user is improved.
In an exemplary embodiment, referring to fig. 6, in step 302, determining the evaluation type of the target evaluation content may further include:
in step 602, when no verification object having a mapping relation with the order identifier is found, order data is obtained according to the order identifier;
in step 604, determining an order placing path according to the order data;
in step 606, in the case where the order path is the target path associated with the point of interest, it is determined that the evaluation type of the target evaluation content is a composite type.
In the embodiment of the disclosure, for an order, there are a plurality of ways for ordering by a user, for example, the order may be ordered by a live broadcasting room link, a POI shelf, etc., and after the order is ordered by the user, the system may record the ordering way corresponding to the order, for example: and marking the path ID corresponding to the order placing path in order data corresponding to the order. If the verification object having the mapping relation with the order identifier is not found in the verification table, it cannot be determined where the target order corresponding to the order identifier is verified, and the POI associated with the target order cannot be determined, so that further verification based on the order placing path is required. For example, the order data corresponding to the target order may be obtained according to the order identifier, for example, the order data corresponding to the order identifier may be found from the order database based on the order identifier, the path ID corresponding to the order identifier may be obtained from the order data, and the order placing path of the order may be determined according to the path ID.
Wherein the target pathway associated with the POI is a pathway capable of determining a unique POI identity, such as: under the conditions that the ordering path is a POI shelf, a POI link and the like, the ordering path can be determined to be a target path associated with the POI, and the POI associated with the evaluation data can be determined at the moment, so that the target evaluation content can be determined to be the composite type evaluation, and the release channel of the target evaluation content can be further determined to be the composite release channel.
According to the evaluation data processing method provided by the embodiment of the disclosure, whether the evaluation data are of the composite type or not can be determined through a single way, so that the distribution channel of the evaluation data is determined, the number of POI evaluation can be effectively enriched, and the exposure rate of the evaluation is improved.
In an exemplary embodiment, the method may further include:
and establishing an association relation of the target interest point evaluation and the target resource evaluation through order identification.
In the embodiment of the disclosure, after the target POI evaluation and the target resource evaluation are respectively generated according to the target evaluation content, the order mark of the target order can be used as a logic external key to directly correlate the target POI evaluation and the target resource evaluation, and the incidence relation between the target POI evaluation and the target resource evaluation is established, so that the target comment content can be simultaneously and associatively displayed on the target POI page and the resource detail page, and the interior is simultaneously managed.
For example, after the target resource data is put down or deleted, the target resource evaluation of the target resource data is correspondingly deleted, and if the reference meaning of the target resource evaluation of the target resource data is greatly reduced due to the deletion of the target resource data, the related target POI evaluation can be synchronously deleted through the association relationship. Alternatively, if the user performs processing such as deletion or update on the target resource evaluation of the target resource data, the associated target POI evaluation may be subjected to processing such as synchronous deletion or update through the association relationship. Or if the target resource evaluation is processed such as praise, comment and share, and when corresponding praise data, comment data and share data are displayed in the resource detail page, the corresponding praise data, comment data and share data can be displayed on the target POI evaluation displayed in the target POI page synchronously through the association relation.
In one example, although the target POI evaluation and the target resource evaluation establish an association relationship through the order identifier, the target POI evaluation and the target resource evaluation may be managed separately, and the management manner of the target POI evaluation and the target resource evaluation in the embodiment of the present disclosure is not specifically limited.
According to the evaluation information processing method provided by the embodiment of the disclosure, the association relation between the target POI evaluation and the target resource evaluation is established through the order identification, so that synchronous management and association display of the target POI evaluation and the target resource evaluation are realized through the association relation, the management efficiency of the target POI evaluation and the target resource evaluation is improved, and the display content of the target POI evaluation and the target resource evaluation is enriched.
In an exemplary embodiment, in step 304, generating a target point of interest evaluation and a target resource evaluation according to the target evaluation content respectively includes:
generating target interest point evaluation according to the evaluation data and the evaluation data structure corresponding to the interest point evaluation distribution channel, and generating target resource evaluation according to the evaluation data and the evaluation data structure corresponding to the resource evaluation distribution channel.
In the embodiment of the disclosure, the data structures of the target POI evaluation and the target resource evaluation are completely different, so that the target POI evaluation can be generated and stored by triggering the POI evaluation distribution channel to execute the release flow of the target POI evaluation, and the evaluation data structure and the evaluation data corresponding to the POI evaluation release channel are adopted. For example, the rating data structure corresponding to the POI rating distribution channel may include: the evaluation content, the evaluation identification, the POI identification and the account identification can also comprise video identifications (such as video ID and other identification information) related to the POI identification, star grade scores of users and other contents, and can also comprise a compound field, wherein the field is used for recording related order identifications when the POI is evaluated as the compound type evaluation, and otherwise, the field is empty.
The evaluation content is evaluation content issued by a user carried in the evaluation data, the evaluation identifier is identification information of POI evaluation, such as ID, number and the like, the POI identifier is identification information of POI, such as ID, number and the like, and the account identifier is identification of an account logged in by the user issuing the comment, such as: user account number, etc.
Meanwhile, the resource evaluation is generated and stored by triggering the resource evaluation distribution channel to execute the distribution flow generation and storage resource evaluation of the resource evaluation, so that the resource evaluation is realized by adopting the evaluation data structure and the evaluation data corresponding to the resource evaluation channel. The evaluation data structure corresponding to the resource evaluation distribution channel may include a resource identifier, an evaluation content, an evaluation identifier and an account identifier, may further include an order identifier, a resource name, a star rating score corresponding to a user, and may further include a POI field, where the POI field is used to record an associated POI identifier when the resource evaluation is a composite evaluation, and is otherwise null. The resource identifier may be an identifier of resource data corresponding to the evaluation data, for example: resource ID, resource name, etc.
In an exemplary embodiment, the evaluation data structure corresponding to the point of interest evaluation distribution channel includes an evaluation content, an evaluation identifier, a point of interest identifier, and an account identifier, and referring to fig. 7, the generating the target point of interest evaluation according to the evaluation data and the evaluation data structure corresponding to the point of interest evaluation distribution channel includes:
In step 702, target evaluation content and account identifier are obtained from the evaluation data, and corresponding target evaluation identifier is generated for the target evaluation content;
in step 704, when a verification object having a mapping relation with the order identifier is found, acquiring the interest point identifier of the verification object, or acquiring the associated interest point identifier if the order placing path is a target path associated with the interest point;

In the embodiment of the disclosure, in the process of triggering the POI evaluation distribution channel to generate the target POI evaluation, the target evaluation content and the account identifier can be obtained from the evaluation data, and meanwhile, the unique target evaluation identifier is generated. When the target evaluation content corresponds to the composite type through the verification object, the POI identifier of the verification object can be obtained, and when the target evaluation content corresponds to the composite type through the following single path, the POI identifier associated with the target path can be obtained, for example: when the target route is the POI shelf, the POI shelf is presented as a page which is entered after the POI is triggered, so that the POI mark of the POI shelf can be obtained.
After the target evaluation content, the account identifier, the target evaluation identifier and the POI identifier are obtained, a target POI evaluation can be constructed and generated according to the target evaluation content, the account identifier, the target evaluation identifier and the POI identifier, and the target POI evaluation is stored.

In the embodiment of the present disclosure, referring to fig. 6, the target POI rating may be stored in a manner of storing the index mapping relationship. By way of example, the mapping relationship between the target evaluation identifier and the target evaluation content of the target POI evaluation may be stored, the account identifier may be stored, the mapping relationship between the target evaluation identifier and the POI identifier may be stored, and the like.
For example, rediss may be used as a primary storage and mysql as a backup for target POI evaluation storage in embodiments of the present disclosure. Because the target POI evaluation to be operated needs to be positioned when evaluation management or evaluation display is performed, taking operations such as inquiring and updating the target POI evaluation by a user as an example, the target POI evaluation body needs to be positioned first in the process of realizing the operations, at this time, the index mapping relationship (such as the mapping relationship between the account identifier, the target evaluation identifier and the POI identifier, or the mapping relationship between the target evaluation identifier and the POI identifier) stored in the redis is firstly inquired, the target comment identifier is determined, and then the target POI evaluation body is acquired according to the target comment identifier, so that a series of operation management functions such as display, updating, deletion and the like are performed. If the evaluation is of a composite type, the automatic association operation is performed when the evaluation is issued, so that the above flow can be used for positioning, and the display and the management can be performed in different pages respectively.
By adopting the processing method of the evaluation information provided by the embodiment of the disclosure, the high performance of the redis is suitable for the C-terminal high concurrence reading scene, the realization cost is low, the redis is adopted as the main memory, the consistency problem does not exist, the flexibility is high, the redis can be made to be high available, the mysql backup data can be made to be available for restoration, and the effects of high performance, high concurrence, high availability and high compatibility are finally achieved. And the target POI evaluation is stored in an index mapping mode, so that the query efficiency can be improved without one-to-one traversal for performing the poor query search.
In an exemplary embodiment, the evaluation data structure corresponding to the resource evaluation distribution channel includes the resource identifier, the evaluation content, the evaluation identifier, and the account identifier, and referring to fig. 9, the above-mentioned generation of the resource evaluation according to the evaluation data and the evaluation data structure corresponding to the resource evaluation distribution channel may be implemented by the following steps:
in step 902, acquiring target evaluation content, account identifier and order identifier from the evaluation data, and generating corresponding target evaluation identifier for the target evaluation content;
in step 904, according to the order identifier, a resource identifier corresponding to the order identifier is obtained;
in step 906, a target resource evaluation is generated according to the target evaluation content, the account identifier, the target evaluation identifier, and the resource identifier.
In the embodiment of the disclosure, in the process of triggering the resource evaluation distribution channel to generate the resource evaluation, the target evaluation content, the account identifier and the order identifier can be acquired from the evaluation data, and meanwhile, the unique target evaluation identifier is generated. And acquiring order data according to the order identification, wherein the order data can comprise the resource identification corresponding to the resource data, so that the resource identification can be acquired.
After the target evaluation content, the account identifier, the target evaluation identifier and the resource identifier are obtained, a target resource evaluation can be constructed and generated according to the target evaluation content, the account identifier, the target evaluation identifier and the resource identifier, and the target resource evaluation is stored.

in step 1004, in response to the display request, obtaining a point of interest evaluation of the target object;
in step 1006, according to the interest point evaluation of the target object, evaluation display data is sent to the target terminal, and when the interest point evaluation has a target resource evaluation with an association relationship in the evaluation display data, the evaluation display data further includes resource link information of target resource data corresponding to the target resource evaluation, so that when the target terminal displays the target interest point evaluation, the target terminal displays the resource link information of the target resource data corresponding to the target resource evaluation.
In the embodiment of the disclosure, when a user queries POI evaluation through a POI page of a terminal device entering a target object (also referred to as a target POI), the terminal device may send a display request for the POI evaluation of the target object to a server. The server may obtain a POI rating of the target object in response to the presentation request.
For example, the evaluation identifier of the POI evaluation to be obtained may be determined based on the mapping relationship between the POI identifier of the target object and the evaluation identifier, and the evaluation content of the corresponding POI evaluation may be obtained based on the mapping relationship between the evaluation identifier and the evaluation content, so as to feed back the evaluation display data to the target terminal according to the evaluation content of the POI evaluation, where the evaluation display data may include rendering data generated based on information such as the evaluation content of the POI evaluation.
In one example, if there is an associated target resource evaluation in the POI evaluation, an evaluation identifier of the target resource evaluation may be determined, and then an order identifier of the target resource evaluation may be determined according to the evaluation identifier of the target resource evaluation, order data may be obtained according to the order identifier, corresponding resource data may be determined according to the order data, and resource link information of the target resource data may be obtained, so as to generate evaluation display data according to the POI evaluation and the resource link information of the target resource data, and feed back the evaluation display data to the target terminal. After receiving the evaluation display data, the target terminal can display each POI evaluation on the POI page, and for the POI evaluation with the associated target resource evaluation, the resource link information of the target resource data corresponding to the target resource evaluation can be displayed in an associated manner at the display position of the POI evaluation, so that a user can quickly position the target resource data, and the interaction efficiency with the target resource data is improved.
According to the processing method of the evaluation information, through the associated display of the target POI evaluation and the target resource evaluation, the evaluation display mode can be enriched, the correlation between the target POI evaluation target and the resource data is displayed for the user, the exposure rate of the resource data is improved, and the more visual POI evaluation with reference significance is provided for the user.
In order for those skilled in the art to better understand the disclosed embodiments, the disclosed embodiments are described below by way of specific examples.
For example, referring to fig. 11, when the server receives comment data posted by a user, it obtains posting scene data, and determines a comment type based on the posting scene data, which may specifically include:
the user directly evaluates the POI, the evaluation data does not comprise the resource ID and the order ID, but comprises the POI information and the account ID, the evaluation type can be determined to be the POI evaluation type, the POI evaluation is generated by adopting an evaluation data structure corresponding to the POI evaluation release channel, the POI evaluation is stored, and the POI evaluation is associated to a POI page of a merchant.
The user interacts with the target resource data (for example, purchase of package, coupon and other resource data), and issues evaluation data based on an order list or an order detail page, wherein the evaluation data comprises contents such as a resource ID, an account ID, an order ID and the like, the platform acquires corresponding issuing scene data (comprising order data, verification data and the like) based on the resource ID, the order ID and the user ID, and determines an issuing channel of the evaluation data based on the acquired issuing scene data, and specifically:
After receiving the feedback information of the verification object, the platform stores the mapping relation between the verification object and the order ID. After receiving the evaluation data, the platform searches for a verification object with a mapping relation with the order ID based on the order ID. If the verification object is found, the evaluation type can be determined to be composite evaluation, and the corresponding distribution channel is a composite distribution channel.
When performing interactive operations such as ordering on target resource data, the way of interaction (e.g., ordering) is often recorded. If the verification object is not found after the evaluation data is received, the order placing path can be obtained from the order data, and if the order placing path is a strong association path (for example, the order placing path is placed through a POI shelf), the evaluation type can be determined to be a composite evaluation, and the corresponding release channel is a composite release channel.
When the release channel is a composite release channel, a corresponding evaluation data structure of the POI evaluation release channel is adopted to generate target POI evaluation, the POI evaluation is stored and is related to a target POI page of a merchant, meanwhile, a corresponding evaluation data structure of the resource evaluation release channel is adopted to generate target resource evaluation, the resource evaluation is stored, and a mapping relation between the target resource evaluation and the target POI evaluation is established by taking an order ID as an external key.
When the order-placing path is a common path, the evaluation type can be determined as the resource evaluation type, and the resource evaluation is generated by adopting an evaluation data structure corresponding to the resource evaluation release channel, so that the resource evaluation is stored.
For example, referring to fig. 12, when a user views an order list page or a detail page, the terminal device may request corresponding order data from the transaction side through the front end. The transaction side collects order data (which can comprise order information, commodity information and the like) from the local side and the commodity side, feeds back the order data to the front end, displays the order data through the front end, and the display interface can comprise an evaluation control. And triggering the evaluation control by the user, and sending a call request of the evaluation popup to the client by the terminal equipment through the front end. After receiving the call request, the client can send a popup window content request to the server, after receiving the popup window content request, the server can send request order data to the transaction side, and after receiving order data fed back by the transaction side, the server can send popup window data to the client. And the client displays popup according to popup data in the display interface.
The user can issue evaluation content in the popup window, the terminal device can send evaluation data to the server according to the evaluation content, the server judges the evaluation type according to the evaluation data, and then the corresponding evaluation is generated and stored by adopting an evaluation issue channel corresponding to the evaluation type, and the method comprises the following steps: when the evaluation type is the POI evaluation type, generating and storing the POI evaluation by adopting the POI evaluation release channel, when the evaluation type is the resource evaluation type, generating and storing the resource evaluation by adopting the resource evaluation release channel, and when the evaluation type is the composite evaluation type, generating and storing the POI evaluation by adopting the POI evaluation release channel, and simultaneously generating and storing the resource evaluation by adopting the resource evaluation release channel.
For example, referring to fig. 13, after a user issues a comment, an evaluation distribution channel is determined, and a distribution flow corresponding to the evaluation distribution channel is executed. If the POI evaluation distribution channel is the POI evaluation distribution channel, triggering a POI comment flow, storing POI comment data, and only associating the POI page with the comment and displaying the comment on the POI page. If the commodity evaluation is an order channel, whether the current commodity evaluation is a composite evaluation is automatically identified according to the characteristic value contained in the current user order data, namely whether the store data is bound, if so, the commodity evaluation flow and the POI comment flow are required to be automatically triggered, at the moment, the system respectively converts the composite evaluation into the commodity evaluation and the POI comment for storage, and the commodity evaluation and the POI comment are directly associated by taking an order mark as a logic external key, so that the evaluation data can be simultaneously associated and displayed on the POI page and the commodity page, and the internal management is simultaneously carried out. If not, the evaluation data for the commodity is independently generated, only the commodity page is displayed, and the POI page does not perceive the data.
By adopting the processing method of the evaluation information provided by the embodiment of the disclosure, the daily release amount of POI comments and resource evaluation is greatly increased, and the rich comment amount can enable more users to directly know the experience of POI or commodity when making purchase decisions, so that the transaction amount, order conversion rate and other indexes of the POI or commodity are improved. Multiple evaluation data can be automatically generated for the user according to the real-time order data of the user, and richer and better feedback data can be provided for the platform user in different channels, so that the purchase will and the consumption experience of the user are enhanced. The method can help the merchant acquire more and more accurate feedback data, thereby assisting the merchant to make more reasonable operation decisions, improving sales of the merchant and enhancing customer satisfaction. A large amount of POI, commodity and user order data can be collected, and data-driven business decision and optimization of products are supported, so that the competitiveness and market share are improved. The effects are qualitative, and can be quantitatively verified and measured by means of experimental data. For example, the actual effectiveness and value of the present solution may be assessed by sales, order conversion, user behavior data, and the like.
The method and the device combine the intelligent automatic identification function of the user data and the automatic flow triggering mechanism, realize the business requirements of different channels and different scenes, simplify the product flow, improve the user experience, realize by compounding the existing business concept, are easy to understand, have lower realization cost and maintenance cost, and have smaller influence on the logic of the query side. Through the data structure design, the relevance of POI comments and commodity evaluation in the composite evaluation is realized, and through the data storage design, the high-performance and high-availability storage scheme of massive evaluation data is realized, and the rapid deployment and expansion can be realized, so that the large-scale application is realized.
It should be understood that, although the steps in the flowcharts of fig. 1 to 13 are shown in order as indicated by the arrows, these steps are not necessarily performed in order as indicated by the arrows. The steps are not strictly limited to the order of execution unless explicitly recited herein, and the steps may be executed in other orders. Moreover, at least a portion of the steps of fig. 1-13 may include multiple steps or stages that are not necessarily performed at the same time, but may be performed at different times, nor does the order in which the steps or stages are performed necessarily occur sequentially, but may be performed alternately or alternately with at least a portion of the steps or stages in other steps or other steps.

By adopting the display device of the evaluation information, which is provided by the embodiment of the disclosure, the evaluation content which can be displayed in the POI page and the resource detail page at the same time is positioned into the composite evaluation, so that corresponding composite evaluation information (including the POI evaluation displayed in the POI page and the resource evaluation displayed in the resource detail page) is generated, the data quantity of the POI evaluation and the resource evaluation is enriched, the evaluation content issued by the user can be displayed in two evaluation scenes respectively, the flexibility of evaluation display is improved, and the efficiency of the user for acquiring information such as evaluation feedback can be improved because the exploration depth of the POI evaluation is lower than the exploration depth of the resource evaluation, so that the enthusiasm of the user for interacting with the resource data in the POI is improved.

Fig. 16 is a block diagram of an electronic device 1600 that illustrates a presentation method for rating information or a processing method for rating information according to an exemplary embodiment. For example, electronic device 1600 may be a mobile telephone, computer, digital broadcast terminal, messaging device, game console, tablet device, medical device, exercise device, personal digital assistant, or the like.
Referring to fig. 16, the electronic device 1600 may include one or more of the following components: a processing component 1602, a memory 1604, a power component 1606, a multimedia component 1608, an audio component 1610, an input/output (I/O) interface 1612, a sensor component 1614, and a communication component 1616.
The processing component 1602 generally controls overall operation of the electronic device 1600, such as operations associated with display, telephone call, data communication, camera operation, and recording operations. The processing component 1602 may include one or more processors 1620 to execute instructions to perform all or part of the steps of the methods described above. In addition, the processing component 1602 may include one or more modules that facilitate interactions between the processing component 1602 and other components. For example, the processing component 1602 may include a multimedia module to facilitate interactions between the multimedia component 1608 and the processing component 1602.
The memory 1604 is configured to store various types of data to support operations at the electronic device 1600. Examples of such data include instructions for any application or method operating on the electronic device 1600, contact data, phonebook data, messages, pictures, video, and so forth. The memory 1604 may be implemented by any type of volatile or nonvolatile memory device or combination of volatile or nonvolatile memory devices such as Static Random Access Memory (SRAM), electrically Erasable Programmable Read Only Memory (EEPROM), erasable Programmable Read Only Memory (EPROM), programmable Read Only Memory (PROM), read Only Memory (ROM), magnetic memory, flash memory, magnetic disk, optical disk, or graphene memory.
The power supply component 1606 provides power to the various components of the electronic device 1600. Power supply component 1606 can include a power management system, one or more power supplies, and other components associated with generating, managing, and distributing power for electronic device 1600.
The multimedia component 1608 includes a screen between the electronic device 1600 and the user that provides an output interface. In some embodiments, the screen may include a Liquid Crystal Display (LCD) and a Touch Panel (TP). If the screen includes a touch panel, the screen may be implemented as a touch screen to receive input signals from a user. The touch panel includes one or more touch sensors to sense touches, swipes, and gestures on the touch panel. The touch sensor may sense not only the boundary of a touch or slide action, but also the duration and pressure associated with the touch or slide operation. In some embodiments, the multimedia component 1608 includes a front-facing camera and/or a rear-facing camera. When the electronic device 1600 is in an operational mode, such as a capture mode or a video mode, the front-facing camera and/or the rear-facing camera may receive external multimedia data. Each front and rear camera may be a fixed optical lens system or have focal length and optical zoom capabilities.
The audio component 1610 is configured to output and/or input audio signals. For example, the audio component 1610 includes a Microphone (MIC) configured to receive external audio signals when the electronic device 1600 is in an operational mode, such as a call mode, a recording mode, and a speech recognition mode. The received audio signals may be further stored in the memory 1604 or transmitted via the communication component 1616. In some embodiments, the audio component 1610 further includes a speaker for outputting audio signals.
The I/O interface 1612 provides an interface between the processing component 1602 and peripheral interface modules, which may be keyboards, click wheels, buttons, etc. These buttons may include, but are not limited to: homepage button, volume button, start button, and lock button.
The sensor assembly 1614 includes one or more sensors for providing status assessment of various aspects of the electronic device 1600. For example, the sensor assembly 1614 may detect an on/off state of the electronic device 1600, a relative positioning of the components, such as a display and keypad of the electronic device 1600, the sensor assembly 1614 may also detect a change in position of the electronic device 1600 or a component of the electronic device 1600, the presence or absence of a user's contact with the electronic device 1600, an orientation or acceleration/deceleration of the device 1600, and a change in temperature of the electronic device 1600. The sensor assembly 1614 may include a proximity sensor configured to detect the presence of nearby objects without any physical contact. The sensor assembly 1614 may also include a light sensor, such as a CMOS or CCD image sensor, for use in imaging applications. In some embodiments, the sensor assembly 1614 may also include an acceleration sensor, a gyroscopic sensor, a magnetic sensor, a pressure sensor, or a temperature sensor.
The communication component 1616 is configured to facilitate communication between the electronic device 1600 and other devices, either wired or wireless. The electronic device 1600 may access a wireless network based on a communication standard, such as WiFi, an operator network (e.g., 2G, 6G, 4G, or 5G), or a combination thereof. In one exemplary embodiment, the communication component 1616 receives broadcast signals or broadcast-related information from an external broadcast management system via a broadcast channel. In one exemplary embodiment, the communication component 1616 also includes a Near Field Communication (NFC) module to facilitate short range communications. For example, the NFC module may be implemented based on Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) technology, infrared data association (IrDA) technology, ultra Wideband (UWB) technology, bluetooth (BT) technology, and other technologies.
In an exemplary embodiment, the electronic device 1600 may be implemented by one or more Application Specific Integrated Circuits (ASICs), digital Signal Processors (DSPs), digital Signal Processing Devices (DSPDs), programmable Logic Devices (PLDs), field Programmable Gate Arrays (FPGAs), controllers, microcontrollers, microprocessors, or other electronic elements for executing the methods described above.
In an exemplary embodiment, a computer-readable storage medium is also provided, such as a memory 1604 that includes instructions executable by the processor 1620 of the electronic device 1600 to perform the above-described methods. For example, the computer readable storage medium may be ROM, random Access Memory (RAM), CD-ROM, magnetic tape, floppy disk, optical data storage device, etc.
In an exemplary embodiment, a computer program product is also provided, comprising instructions executable by the processor 1620 of the electronic device 1600 to perform the above-described method.
It should be noted that the descriptions of the foregoing apparatus, the electronic device, the computer readable storage medium, the computer program product, and the like according to the method embodiments may further include other implementations, and the specific implementation may refer to the descriptions of the related method embodiments and are not described herein in detail.

Claims (20)
1. A display method of evaluation information, characterized by comprising:
responding to the operation of inputting target evaluation content by a user, displaying the target evaluation content in an evaluation area, and sending the target evaluation content to a server so that the server generates target interest point evaluation and target resource evaluation according to the target evaluation content, wherein the evaluation type of the target evaluation content is a composite type, and the composite type is used for representing that the target evaluation content can be displayed in a target interest point page and a resource detail page respectively;
responding to the operation for triggering the display evaluation in the target interest point page, acquiring the interest point evaluation from the server, and displaying the interest point evaluation in the display area of the interest point page, wherein the interest point evaluation comprises the target interest point evaluation;
and responding to the operation for triggering the display evaluation in the resource detail page, acquiring the resource evaluation from the server, and displaying the resource evaluation in the display area of the resource detail page, wherein the resource evaluation comprises the target resource evaluation.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein prior to presenting the target rated content within the rated area in response to a user entering an operation of the target rated content, the method further comprises:
And responding to the operation for displaying the order related page, wherein the order related page comprises the evaluation area and the order information of the target order, and the order related page comprises an order list page and an order detail page.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein the displaying the point of interest evaluation in the display area of the target point of interest page comprises:
and aiming at the target interest point evaluation, displaying the target interest point evaluation in a display area of the target interest point page, and displaying resource link information of target resource data at an associated display position of the target interest point evaluation, wherein the target resource data is resource data corresponding to the target order.
4. The method of claim 2, wherein the target evaluation content is an evaluation content issued after the target order has been approved and the server has received approval data for the target order.
5. The method according to claim 2 or 4, wherein the order placement path of the target order is a target path, the evaluation content issued for the target order is the target evaluation content, and the target path is an order placement path associated with a point of interest.
6. A method for processing evaluation information, comprising:
receiving target evaluation content and determining the evaluation type of the target evaluation content;
when the evaluation type of the target evaluation content is determined to be a composite type, respectively generating a target interest point evaluation and a target resource evaluation according to the target evaluation content, wherein the composite type is used for representing the target evaluation content as the evaluation content which can be respectively displayed in an interest point page and a resource detail page;
and storing the target interest point evaluation and the target resource evaluation.
7. The method of claim 6, wherein the receiving the target rating content and determining the rating type of the target rating content comprises:
receiving evaluation data, wherein the evaluation data comprises the target evaluation content;
searching a verification object with a mapping relation with the order mark in a verification table according to the order mark under the condition that the order mark is included in the evaluation data;
and when finding out the verification object with the mapping relation with the order mark, determining that the evaluation type of the target evaluation content is a composite type.
8. The method of claim 7, wherein prior to said locating in a verification table verification objects that have a mapping relationship with said order identifications from said order identifications, said method further comprises:
receiving verification data sent by a verification object, wherein the verification data comprises an object identifier of the verification object and the order identifier;
and recording the mapping relation between the order identifications and the object identifications of the verification objects in the verification table.
9. The method of claim 7, wherein the determining the rating type of the target rating content further comprises:
when no verification object with a mapping relation with the order mark is found, order data are obtained according to the order mark;
determining an order placing path according to the order data;
and in the case that the ordering path is a target path associated with the interest point, determining that the evaluation type of the target evaluation content is a composite type.
10. The method according to any one of claims 7 to 9, further comprising:
and establishing the association relation between the target interest point evaluation and the target resource evaluation through the order mark.
11. The method of claim 7, wherein generating the target point of interest ratings and the target resource ratings, respectively, from the target ratings comprises:
generating target interest point evaluation according to the evaluation data and the evaluation data structure corresponding to the interest point evaluation distribution channel, and generating target resource evaluation according to the evaluation data and the evaluation data structure corresponding to the resource evaluation distribution channel.
12. The method according to claim 10, wherein the method further comprises:
receiving a display request of interest point evaluation of a target object by a target terminal;
responding to the display request, and acquiring interest point evaluation of the target object;
according to the interest point evaluation of the target object, evaluation display data are sent to the target terminal, and when the interest point evaluation has the target resource evaluation with the association relationship in the evaluation display data, the evaluation display data also comprise resource link information of target resource data corresponding to the target resource evaluation, so that the target terminal displays the resource link information of the target resource data corresponding to the target resource evaluation at the same time when displaying the target interest point evaluation.

The method of claim 11, wherein the rating data structure corresponding to the point of interest rating distribution channel includes rating content, rating identifier, point of interest identifier, account identifier, and the generating the target point of interest rating from the rating data and the rating data structure corresponding to the POI rating distribution channel comprises:
acquiring the target evaluation content and account identification from the evaluation data, and generating a corresponding target evaluation identification for the target evaluation content;
when a verification object with a mapping relation with the order mark is found, acquiring the interest point mark of the verification object, or acquiring the associated interest point mark under the condition that the order placing path is a target path associated with the interest point;
and generating target interest point evaluation according to the target evaluation content, the account identifier, the target evaluation identifier and the interest point identifier.
14. The method of claim 13, wherein the storing the target point of interest rating comprises:
and respectively storing the mapping relation between the target evaluation identifier and the target evaluation content, the mapping relation among the account identifier, the target evaluation identifier and the interest point identifier, and the mapping relation among the target evaluation identifier and the interest point identifier.

The method according to claim 11, wherein the evaluation data structure corresponding to the resource evaluation distribution channel includes a resource identifier, an evaluation content, an evaluation identifier, and an account identifier, and the generating the target resource evaluation according to the evaluation data and the evaluation data structure corresponding to the resource evaluation distribution channel includes:
acquiring the target evaluation content, account identification and order identification from the evaluation data, and generating a corresponding target evaluation identification for the target evaluation content;
acquiring a resource identifier corresponding to the order identifier according to the order identifier;
and generating a target resource evaluation according to the target evaluation content, the account identifier, the target evaluation identifier and the resource identifier.
16. The method of claim 15, wherein storing the target resource assessment comprises:
and respectively storing the mapping relation between the target evaluation identifier and the target evaluation content, the mapping relation among the account identifier, the target evaluation identifier and the resource identifier, and the mapping relation among the target evaluation identifier and the resource identifier.
17. A display device for evaluation information, comprising:
A first display unit configured to perform an operation of inputting target evaluation content in response to a user, display the target evaluation content in an evaluation area, and send the target evaluation content to a server so that the server generates a target interest point evaluation and a target resource evaluation according to the target evaluation content, wherein an evaluation type of the target evaluation content is a composite type, and the composite type is used for representing that the target evaluation content can be displayed in a target interest point page and a resource detail page respectively;
a second display unit configured to perform an operation for triggering a display evaluation in response to the operation for triggering a display evaluation in the target interest point page, acquire an interest point evaluation from the server, and display the interest point evaluation in a display area of the interest point page, wherein the interest point evaluation includes the target interest point evaluation;
and a third display unit configured to perform an operation for triggering a display evaluation in response to the operation for triggering the display evaluation in the resource detail page, acquire a resource evaluation from the server, and display the resource evaluation in a display area of the resource detail page, wherein the resource evaluation includes the target resource evaluation.
18. An apparatus for processing evaluation information, comprising:
a determination unit configured to perform receiving a target evaluation content and determine an evaluation type of the target evaluation content;
a generation unit configured to perform, when determining that the evaluation type of the target evaluation content is a composite type, respectively generating a target interest point evaluation and a target resource evaluation according to the target evaluation content, the composite type being used for characterizing the target evaluation content as evaluation content capable of being respectively displayed in an interest point page and a resource detail page;
and a storage unit configured to perform storage of the target point of interest evaluation and the target resource evaluation.
19. An electronic device, comprising:
a processor;
a memory for storing the processor-executable instructions;
wherein the processor is configured to execute the instructions to implement the presentation method of rating information according to any one of claims 1 to 5 or the processing method of rating information according to any one of claims 6 to 16.
20. A computer-readable storage medium, characterized in that instructions in the computer-readable storage medium, when executed by a processor of an electronic device, enable the electronic device to perform the presentation method of rating information according to any one of claims 1 to 5 or the processing method of rating information according to any one of claims 6 to 16.
