Detailed Description
The screen sharing method provided by the application can be applied to the following application environments. The speaker can explain for a plurality of participants by browsing the document of the management terminal, and meanwhile, each participant has a client terminal which can be shared with the screen of the management terminal. The management end and the client end can be, but are not limited to, various personal computers, notebook computers, smart phones, tablet computers and portable wearable devices.
In embodiments, as shown in fig. 1, screen sharing methods are provided, which specifically include the following steps:
s110, the management terminal sends a screen sharing instruction to the client, wherein the screen sharing instruction comprises a conference document identifier.
In this implementation manner, the screen sharing method may be used in a paperless conference system, where the system includes management terminals and multiple client terminals, the management terminals are used by a conference speaker, the client terminals are used by participants, and the client terminals and the management terminals perform information interaction through a server.
The server transmits the screen sharing instruction to the client side through the management side; and the screen sharing instruction is used for sharing the displayed content in the management end to the screen display of the client end, so that the content in the conference document is synchronously displayed by the content in the management end and the screen display of the client end.
In the implementation manner, a plurality of conference documents can be stored in the server (or the management terminal) and the client, and each conference document is identified by different conference document identifications.
S120, the client receives the screen sharing identification instruction and reads the conference document from a pre-stored conference document library according to the conference document identification.
In possible implementations, the management side and each client side have conference document libraries including multiple conference documents, and after the client side receives the screen sharing identification instruction, the conference documents can be obtained according to the mapping relationship between the conference document identifications and the conference documents.
S130, the client displays the conference document.
In another embodiment, the screen sharing method can achieve a better effect in a use scene of multiple clients, for example, the management end can issue the screen sharing instruction to the multiple clients at the same time, and the multiple clients simultaneously acquire the conference document from the conference document library according to the screen sharing instruction, so as to realize screen sharing with the clients and synchronously display the content in the conference document.
In the embodiment, a screen sharing instruction is sent to a client through a management terminal, wherein the screen sharing instruction comprises a conference document identifier; the client receives the screen sharing identification instruction and reads a conference document from a pre-stored conference document library according to the conference document identification; the client displays the conference document, screen sharing of the management terminal and the client can be achieved, meanwhile, due to the fact that the conference document identification data volume in the screen sharing instruction is small, the data volume needing to be transmitted in the screen sharing process is small, the time needed by screen sharing is short, delayed experience cannot be brought to clients, and good user experience is guaranteed.
In embodiments, the method further comprises the client pre-updating the meeting document library.
In this implementation, the pre-updating of the conference document library by the client belongs to a pre-configuration process, and is used to synchronize the conference document in the conference document library in the management terminal to the client.
Specifically, the developer may preset update times (for example, two o 'clock in the morning), and each client may actively access the management side to determine whether new conference documents are added, starting at 2 o' clock in the morning, so as to synchronize the conference document libraries of the two clients.
In embodiments, the screen sharing instruction includes a page number identifier, and correspondingly, the client displaying the conference document includes the client displaying a page of a corresponding page number in the conference document according to the page number identifier.
The page number identification is used for identifying each page in the conference document and switching each page in the conference document in the conference process of the speaker, so that the client and the management terminal can be synchronized to the document page.
In embodiments, the screen sharing instruction includes a display area identifier, and the client displays the conference document correspondingly, including that the client displays the content of the corresponding area in the conference document according to the display area identifier.
The display area identifier is used to identify a display area of the conference document on the screen, for example, the display area identifier is used to instruct the display area on the left side of the screen to display image content, and the display area on the right side of the screen to display text content.
