Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of faucets, in particular to a faucet positioning device on a telescopic faucet.
Background
As is known, a retractable faucet has a nozzle connected to the end of a water supply hose, which is accommodated in a faucet body, so that the nozzle can be pulled out from the outlet of the faucet body for use, and gravity can be provided by a weight mounted on the water supply hose, so that the nozzle can be automatically retracted and restored together with the water supply hose after being released by a user until the nozzle is positioned at the outlet of the faucet body. Some telescopic faucets replace the weight with a balance weight, the difference is that the balance weight only provides assistance when the spray head and the water supply hose are retracted and reset, so the user must manually push the spray head and the water supply hose back to the outlet of the faucet body; then the spray head is fastened on the tap body, the existing fastening mode generally adopts a screw connection mode, namely the spray head is provided with threads which can be screwed on the tap body; however, the screw thread screwing type spray head needs to be screwed up and down in the using process, and is inconvenient.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to overcome the defects of the prior art and provides a faucet positioning device on a telescopic faucet, which is convenient for positioning a spray head on the faucet.
In order to achieve the purpose, the technical scheme adopted by the invention is as follows:
a faucet positioning device on a telescopic faucet comprises a pipe joint and a faucet main body, wherein a communicating hole is formed in the pipe joint, a connecting seat sleeve is arranged between the pipe joint and the faucet main body, a fixed clamping sleeve is fixedly inserted at the upper end of the connecting seat sleeve, a guide pipe is inserted in the fixed clamping sleeve, the upper end of the guide pipe is inserted in the communicating hole of the pipe joint and is formed with a flange, a rubber sleeve is inserted on the guide pipe and clamped between the flange and the fixed clamping sleeve and is pressed against the inner wall of the communicating hole of the pipe joint; the lower end of the guide pipe extends out of the fixed jacket insert sleeve to be fixed with a driving sleeve, an upper connecting sleeve is formed on the upper end face of the driving sleeve, and a lower connecting sleeve is formed on the lower end face of the fixed jacket; a pressure spring is inserted and sleeved on the guide pipe, and two ends of the pressure spring are respectively inserted and sleeved on the lower connecting sleeve and the upper connecting sleeve;
the outer wall of the driving sleeve opposite to the driving sleeve is formed with a right-angled trapezoidal clamping groove, and the inclined side wall of the clamping groove is distributed at the upper part of the driving sleeve and is abutted against the roller; the two sides of the driving sleeve are provided with vertical pressing plates, the lower end of each pressing plate is formed with a support lug, a slot is formed in each support lug, and the roller is inserted into the slot of each support lug and is hinged with the support lug through a pin shaft; a pressing block is fixed on the outer side wall of the pressing plate, and the pressing block is inserted in the connecting seat sleeve and exposes out of the outer wall of the pressing block; the faucet body is inserted and fixed in the connecting seat sleeve, the upper end of the faucet body is formed with an insertion pipe, and the insertion pipe is inserted and connected in the guide pipe.
Preferably, a water inlet hose is inserted into the conduit, and the lower end of the water inlet hose is inserted and fixed in the insertion pipe of the faucet main body.
Preferably, a positioning groove is formed on the inner wall of the connecting seat sleeve, and the pressing plate is inserted into the positioning groove of the connecting seat sleeve.
Preferably, a guide rod parallel to the support lug is fixed on the bottom surface of the positioning groove of the connecting seat sleeve, and the guide rod is inserted on the pressing plate.
Preferably, thread grooves are formed in the outer wall of the lower connecting sleeve of the fixed clamping sleeve or the outer wall of the connecting sleeve of the driving sleeve, and two ends of the pressure spring are respectively screwed on the lower connecting sleeve and the upper connecting sleeve.
Preferably, a retainer ring is formed on the outer wall of the faucet main body and abuts against the outer wall of the connecting seat sleeve, and a gap is reserved between the lower end face of the connecting seat sleeve and the upper end face of the faucet main body.
Preferably, a chamfer is formed on the inner ring at the lower end of the pipe joint communication hole.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: the novel faucet adopts the principle of compression and expansion of the rubber sleeve and utilizes the rubber sleeve to be clamped on the inner wall of the faucet pipe joint, the spray head does not need to be connected like a screwing mode, and the spray head is convenient to take down from the faucet and is convenient to plug and position on the faucet.

Example (b): as shown in fig. 1 to 3, a faucet positioning device on a telescopic faucet comprises a pipe joint 1 and a faucet main body 2, wherein a communication hole 11 is formed in the pipe joint 1, a connecting seat sleeve 3 is arranged between the pipe joint 1 and the faucet main body 2, a fixed clamping sleeve 4 is fixedly inserted at the upper end of the connecting seat sleeve 3, a guide pipe 5 is inserted in the fixed clamping sleeve 4, the upper end of the guide pipe 5 is inserted in the communication hole 11 of the pipe joint 1 and is provided with a flange 51, a rubber sleeve 6 is inserted on the guide pipe 5, and the rubber sleeve 6 is clamped between the flange 51 and the fixed clamping sleeve 4 and is pressed on the inner wall of the communication hole 11 of the pipe; the lower end of the guide pipe 5 extends out of the fixed clamping sleeve 4 and is inserted and fixed with a driving sleeve 7, an upper connecting sleeve 72 is formed on the upper end surface of the driving sleeve 7, and a lower connecting sleeve 41 is formed on the lower end surface of the fixed clamping sleeve 4; the guide pipe 5 is inserted and sleeved with a pressure spring 40, and two ends of the pressure spring 40 are respectively inserted and fixed on the lower connecting sleeve 41 and the upper connecting sleeve 72;

The water inlet hose 30 is inserted into the conduit 5, and the lower end of the water inlet hose 30 is inserted and fixed in the insertion pipe 21 of the tap main body 2.
The inner wall of the connecting seat sleeve 3 is formed with a positioning groove 31, and the pressing plate 8 is inserted in the positioning groove 31 of the connecting seat sleeve 3.
The bottom surface of the positioning groove 31 of the connecting seat sleeve 3 is fixed with a guide rod 20 parallel to the support lug 81, and the guide rod 20 is inserted on the pressing plate 8.
Thread grooves are formed in the outer wall of the lower connecting sleeve 41 of the fixed clamping sleeve 4 or the outer wall of the upper connecting sleeve 72 of the driving sleeve 7, and two ends of the pressure spring 40 are respectively screwed on the lower connecting sleeve 41 and the upper connecting sleeve 72.
A retainer ring is formed on the outer wall of the faucet main body 2 and abuts against the outer wall of the connecting seat sleeve 3, and a gap is reserved between the lower end face of the connecting seat sleeve 3 and the upper end face of the faucet main body 2.
Preferably, the inner ring of the lower end of the communication hole 11 of the pipe joint 1 is formed with a chamfer.
The working principle is as follows: the invention is a faucet locating device on the telescopic faucet, the faucet locating device is mainly used for fixing the structure of the main body 2 of the faucet (namely the spray head), its structure adopts the rubber sleeve 6 as the intermediate link, when using, hold the connecting seat cover 3 and hold and press the briquetting 50, the briquetting 50 can drive the pressing plate 8 to move to the inboard of connecting seat cover 3, the gyro wheel 9 connected on the pressing plate 8 acts on the driving sleeve 7, drive the driving sleeve 7 to move up; thereby the conduit 5 moves upwards, and the rubber sleeve 6 is in a natural state, and the rubber sleeve 6 can be inserted into the pipe joint 1 or pulled out of the pipe joint 1;
when the pressing block 50 is released, the flange 51 at the upper end of the guide pipe 5 is driven by the acting force of the pressure spring 40 to be matched with the fixed clamping sleeve 4 to clamp the rubber sleeve 6, the rubber sleeve 6 is compressed, and the rubber sleeve 6 is expanded and pressed on the inner wall of the pipe joint 1; thereby realizing the positioning and fixing of the tap main body 2.
