Description
Technical Field
The application belongs to the technical field of audio frequency vibration, and particularly relates to a special vibrator shell for bone conduction.
Background
The human audible frequency range is: 20Hz to 20kHz, and the vibration in the frequency range is transmitted to the ears of a person through air, so that the person can hear the sound. Conventional speakers produce sound by vibrating acoustically through a vibrating diaphragm. While bone conduction speakers need to conduct audio vibrations directly to the skull bone instead of emitting sound directly.
Conventional bone conduction speakers are electromagnetic transduction methods, in which the transmission of vibration is generally conducted through a material that is relatively stiff. And materials such as a padded sound-absorbing sponge and the like are adopted, so that sound leakage is reduced. It has complex structure, heavier weight and uncomfortable wearing. Meanwhile, electromagnetic radiation exists, electromagnetic interference can be generated, and the influence of an electromagnetic field can be avoided.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of this, the technical problem to be solved by the present application is to provide a vibrator housing for bone conduction, which transmits audio through a metal thread piece in cooperation with a rubber cover portion and a main housing, thereby avoiding the trouble that the structure is complicated and is easily interfered in the past.
In order to solve the technical problem, the invention discloses a bone conduction special oscillator shell which comprises a main shell, wherein the main shell is in a cover shape and is provided with a surrounding wall part and a panel part covered on one side, and the center of the panel part is provided with two sound receiving holes; the cover is arranged on the rubber cover part of the panel part, and the rubber cover part is exposed out of the sound receiving hole; a metal thread sheet adhered on the rubber cover part; and the silica gel ring is sleeved at the end part of the annular wall part.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, one surface of the rubber cover portion adhered to the metal thread sheet is recessed.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, the outer wall of the annular wall portion has an annular protrusion for stopping the silicone ring.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, the panel portion is annularly provided with a caulking groove, and the rubber cover portion is caulked in the caulking groove.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, the annular wall portion is formed in a metal mesh shape.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, the inner wall of the annular wall portion has a spiral loop.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, the aperture of the sound receiving hole is 3 mm.
Compared with the prior art, the application can obtain the following technical effects:
the audio is transmitted by matching the metal thread sheet with the rubber cover part and the main shell, so that the trouble that the traditional structure is complex and is easily interfered is avoided.
Of course, it is not necessary for any one product to achieve all of the above-described technical effects simultaneously.
