Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the present invention provides a tourist management apparatus for tourist management, the apparatus including a tourist device 100 and a tourist guide device 200, the tourist device 100 including a main body 101 and a wearing apparatus 102, the main body 101 including a housing and a circuit board mounted inside the housing, the wearing apparatus 102 being mounted on the main body 101 for facilitating wearing by a tourist. In this embodiment, the wearable device 102 is a clip by which it can be clipped to a guest's clothing. In other embodiments, the wearable device 102 may be a watch band, a hanging ring, or other forms as long as the main body 101 can be worn on the guest.
The inside of the shell is also provided with a battery which supplies power for the electronic devices on the circuit board. For convenient replacement, the battery adopts a button type dry battery, and the battery can be conveniently disassembled and assembled by arranging a mounting hole on the shell.
The circuit board is provided with a microprocessor, a wireless communication unit, an audio playing unit and a storage unit, wherein the wireless communication unit, the audio playing unit and the storage unit are electrically connected with the microprocessor, and the shell is provided with a plurality of sound raising holes 103 corresponding to the audio playing unit, so that sound can be conveniently sent out. The shell is also provided with a plurality of control keys 104, the control keys 104 are electrically connected with the microprocessor, and the tourists or the tour guide can perform operations such as startup and shutdown, audio replay, volume adjustment and the like through the control keys 104. The wireless communication unit is a zigbee or bluetooth communication unit.
The tour guide terminal device 200 is similar to the guest terminal device 100 in shape and structure, and is different from the guest terminal device 100 only in that the tour guide terminal device 200 does not have an audio playing unit, and accordingly, the tour guide terminal device 200 does not have a speaker hole and a control key, and a microprocessor in the main body of the tour guide terminal device 200 is also different from the microprocessor of the guest terminal device 100 in function, and the operation of the whole apparatus will be described in detail below.
Before the tour guide takes the team, the tour guide prepares the guest devices 100 with the same number as the team members, then turns on the power of all the guest devices 100 and the tour guide device 200, and puts all the devices in the data preparation mode, specifically, the power can be turned on by a specific key on each device. In the data preparation mode, because the distance between the tour guide end device 100 and the tour guide end device 200 is very short, most of the tour guide end devices 200 can communicate with all the tour guide end devices 100, at this time, the tour guide uses a mobile phone to wirelessly connect with the tour guide end device 200, then the number and the serial number of the tour guide end devices are set on the APP of the mobile phone, the name of the tour guide corresponding to each tour guide end device is set, and after the setting is completed, the schedule arrangement when the tour guide is clustered is edited, the schedule arrangement includes actions and time required for the cooperation of the tour guide, for example, 12 pm is in xx gate set, the schedule arrangement is embodied as a voice file recorded by the tour guide, namely, after the tour guide selects time on the APP, the voice prompt corresponding to the time is recorded by the mobile phone.
After the edition is completed, the mobile phone APP sends the schedule to the tour guide equipment end 200, and the tour guide equipment end 200 packs the schedule and the identity of the tour guide equipment end into a data packet and broadcasts the data packet. After receiving the data packet, the guest device 100 first determines whether the data packet is from the guest device 200 by the id, if so, saves the schedule in the data packet, otherwise, deletes the data packet. After receiving the data packet, each of the guest devices 100 packages the id (specifically, the serial number of the guest device) and the feedback information into a data packet, and broadcasts the data packet.
After receiving the data packet, the tour guide terminal device 200 firstly analyzes whether the data packet contains feedback information, if so, acquires the identity identifier from the data packet, then sends all the acquired identity identifiers to the mobile phone, displays all the received identity identifiers through the mobile phone APP, and displays prompt information that the data reception of the tourist terminal device 100 corresponding to the identity identifiers is successful. And the guest device 100 does not respond to any received packets (packets sent by other guests) after sending the packets. So far, the work in the data preparation mode is completed, the tour guide sets all the guest devices 100 and the tour guide device 200 in the normal use mode, then the guest devices 100 are distributed to each guest according to the set corresponding relation between the guest devices 100 and the guests, and the guests wear the devices on their bodies after receiving the devices.
In the normal use process, the microprocessor in the guest device 100 determines whether to trigger the operation of playing the schedule according to the current time, and if so, the microprocessor controls the audio playing unit to play the voice file in the schedule. Each trigger operation plays the voice file multiple times, for example, three times, and if the guest does not hear clearly and needs to hear again, the sending of the listening instruction can be performed through the control key 104. And after the tourist hears the played voice, performing corresponding activities according to the voice prompt.
Once the guest devices 100 begin to be used by the guests, each guest device 100 periodically (e.g., 5s or 10s) packages its own id and current timestamp into a packet to be broadcast, which all other guest devices 100 and tour guide devices 200 within communication range can receive. If the guest device 100 receives the data packet, the receiving device parses the data packet to obtain a timestamp therein, compares the timestamp with the current timestamp, calculates a time difference, and then calculates a distance between the two guest devices 100 according to the time difference. After obtaining the distance data, the current guest device 100 further packs the id of the previous guest device 100, its own id, the current timestamp, and the distance data into a data packet again, and broadcasts the data packet. This is repeated until the data packet reaches the tour guide device 200.
In the process of generating and sending the data packet by the guest device 100, the guest device 100 first determines whether the data packet includes its own identity according to the received data packet, and if so, it indicates that the data packet has been forwarded by the current guest device 100, and at this time, the data packet does not need to be forwarded again, so that the current guest device 100 can directly delete and stop forwarding the received data packet, thereby avoiding endless data forwarding.
After the tour guide device 200 receives all the data packets, the data transmission path included in each data packet is analyzed, and then the optimal transmission path between each guest device 100 and the tour guide device 200 is determined according to the hop count of the data transmission path. After the optimal transmission path is determined, the tour guide end device 200 broadcasts the data packet including the optimal transmission path, the guest end device 100 receiving the data packet analyzes the data packet to determine the next guest end device which needs to receive the data packet, then packs the identity identifiers of other guest end devices 100 excluding itself in the optimal transmission path into the data packet, and broadcasts until all guest end devices 100 know the optimal transmission path between itself and the tour guide end device 200.
Meanwhile, after the tour guide device 200 receives all the data packets, analyzing the distance between any two pieces of guest devices 100, and then judging whether the relative position between each piece of guest device 100 can be determined according to the distance by using a geometric drawing principle, namely whether a geometric figure with a determined size and shape can be drawn by taking each piece of guest device 100 as a vertex, if so, drawing the relative position, and marking the distance data between two adjacent pieces of guest devices 100 in the relative position; for the guest device 100 that cannot plot the relative position, the tour guide device 200 marks only the distance between other devices adjacent to the guest device 100 on the optimal transmission path. After finishing the drawing of the relative position and the distance marking, the tour guide end equipment 200 sends the tour guide end equipment to the mobile phone APP, the mobile phone APP displays the position information of each tourist according to the corresponding relation between the preset tourist end equipment 100 and the name of the tourist, and the tour guide can know and master the position state of each tourist at any time.
When the tour guide needs to issue some temporary prompt messages, the mobile phone APP is used for recording the voice file to be issued, then the voice file is packaged into a data packet to be broadcasted, the tourist terminal device 100 which receives the data packet broadcasts the voice file and forwards the voice file to the next tourist terminal device according to the optimal transmission path until all the tourist terminal devices receive and broadcast the voice file. The voice file is transmitted by adopting the optimal transmission path, so that the time required by data forwarding can be shortened to the greatest extent, and the efficiency of tourist management is improved.
It will be apparent to those skilled in the art that various changes and modifications may be made in the present invention without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention. Thus, if such modifications and variations of the present invention fall within the scope of the claims of the present invention and their equivalents, the present invention is also intended to include such modifications and variations.
