The multi-party online video conference system of claim 2, wherein the supervision authority has the configuration authority of each channel configuration unit, the access authority of the multi-level video channels and the supervision channel; the setting authority of each password setting unit is contained in the configuration authority of the configuration unit; the high-level authority comprises the authority for entering all low-level video channels, middle-level video channels and high-level video channels in an open state, and the high-level authority also comprises the configuration authority of the configuration units corresponding to the low-level video channels and the middle-level video channels and the setting authority of the high-level video channel password setting unit; the middle-level authority comprises the authority to enter all the low-level video channels and the middle-level video channels in an open state; the middle-level authority also comprises a configuration authority of a configuration unit corresponding to the low-level video channel and a setting authority of a password setting unit of the middle-level video channel; the low-level authority includes an authority to enter a low-level video channel in an open state and a setting authority of a low-level video channel password setting unit.

The multi-party online video conference system according to claim 3, wherein said server further comprises an information recording unit for recording video logs of each channel and a recording unit for recording video content; the query functions of the information recording unit and the recording unit are reflected on the interfaces of the APP and the PC terminal programs of the mobile phone terminal; the supervision authority has the authority to inquire the contents of all the information recording units and the recording units; the high-level authority only has the authority of inquiring the contents of the information recording unit and the recording unit corresponding to the low-level video channel and the medium-level video channel; the middle-level authority only has the authority of inquiring the content of the information recording unit and the recording unit corresponding to the low-level video channel.
5. The system of claim 4, wherein the specific process of video interaction comprises the following steps in sequence:
s01: a user logs in the system operation through a mobile phone terminal APP or PC terminal program;
s02: the identity signal sending unit sends an identity signal to an identity recognition module of the server side;
s03: the identity recognition module carries out identity recognition and unlocks corresponding authority content in a mobile phone terminal APP or PC terminal program;
s04: the user selects the video channel with the corresponding authority to be used according to the requirement, if the video channel in the semi-open state is switched to S05, the video channel in the open state is switched to S06;
s05: the user inputs the password of the corresponding video channel;
s06: and (6) successfully entering.
6. The multi-party online video conference system of claim 5, wherein the specific usage flow of the configuration unit and the password setting unit sequentially comprises the following steps:
s11: a user logs in the system operation through a mobile phone terminal APP or PC terminal program;
s12: the identity signal sending unit sends an identity signal to an identity recognition module of the server side;
s13: the identity recognition module carries out identity recognition and unlocks corresponding authority content in a mobile phone terminal APP or PC terminal program; if the certain configuration unit authority is available, the step is S14, and the step is S15 if the certain configuration unit authority is unavailable;
s14: the user does not need to enter the corresponding channel, and directly changes the state of the video channel and sets the password operation in the permission range of the configuration unit; proceeding to S16;
s15: the user enters a corresponding channel in the authority range; setting a password on an APP or PC interface of the mobile phone terminal through a password setting unit;
s16: and finishing channel configuration and setting.
7. The multi-party online video conference system according to any of the claims 3-6, wherein the supervision authority has authority to elevate authority for middle-level authority and lower-level authority; the high level rights have rights that elevate the rights for the low level rights.

The system of claim 7, wherein each of the multi-level video channels and the supervisory channel is configured with an interactive function; the interactive function is divided into bidirectional interaction and unidirectional interaction; the video channels with the same level authority only have a bidirectional interaction function, and users in the two or more channels in the bidirectional interaction state can acquire video information of the channels of the other side.
