Detailed Description
In order that the invention may be more readily understood, a detailed description of the invention is provided below along with specific embodiments and accompanying figures.
Fig. 1 schematically shows a flow diagram of a method of online underwriting knowledge self-questioning and answering according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 1, the method for online underwriting knowledge self-help question-answering according to the preferred embodiment of the invention comprises the following steps:
a first step of: determining the questions and answers of known multiple risk types of intelligent underwriting about the disease;
specifically, as shown in fig. 1, for example, N risk types (N is a positive integer), i.e., a first risk type 1, a second risk type 2, …, an nth risk type N, a disease 1, a disease 2, a second risk type 3, …, and a disease N are known.
The example of 3 risk (first risk 1, second risk 2 and third risk 3), 1 disease (vesical calculus) is as follows:
the first risk 1 underwriting questions and answers to disease 1 (vesical calculus) are shown in the following table:
the second risk 2 underwriting questions and answers to disease 1 (vesical calculus) are shown in the following table:
the third risk 3 is a nuclear care question and answer to disease 1 (vesical calculus) as shown in the following table:
and a second step of: analyzing the structure of questions of various risks related to diseases so as to divide the questions into multi-stage answers and answers for each risk;
specifically, preferably, the multi-level answers include a one-level question and a one-level answer thereof. Preferably, the multi-level answers further include a secondary question and its secondary answer. And so on.
For example, the first risk 1 has a problem structure with respect to disease 1: primary question-primary answer-secondary question-secondary answer;
the second risk 2 has the following problem structure about the disease 1: primary question-primary answer-secondary question-secondary answer;
the third risk 3 has the following problem structure about the disease 1: first-level questions-first-level answers-second-level questions-second-level answers-third-level questions-third-level answers-fourth-level questions-fourth-level answers.
And a third step of: integrating various risks of primary problems with each disease;
at this time, there are at least five cases as follows:
case one: the first risk 1, the second risk 2 and the third risk 3 are identical in terms of the first-level problem content of the disease. In this case, since the first-level question contents are identical, the number of the first-level questions after integration is 1, and the same first-level question contents can be used.
And a second case: the first, second and third risk 1, 2 and 3 are not identical in terms of primary problem content of the disease, wherein the primary problem content of both risk (e.g., first risk 1, second risk 2) is identical to the primary problem content of the other risk (e.g., third risk 3). The following table shows:
disease name | Problem level | Nuclear-insurance class 1 issue ID | Nuclear-preserving level 1 problem content | Check and guarantee answer | Nuclear-insurance level 1 answer ID | Whether or not there is a subordinate problem |
Vesical calculus | 1 | 1458Q1 | Is surgery treated? | Is that | 1458Q1A1 | 1 |
Vesical calculus | ||||||
Vesical calculus | Whether or not | 1458Q1A2 | 1 | |||
Vesical calculus | ||||||
Vesical calculus | 1 | 1458Q2 | What is the cause of the bladder stones? | Kidney stone | 1458Q2A1 | 1 |
Vesical calculus | ||||||
Vesical calculus | ||||||
Vesical calculus | ||||||
Vesical calculus | ||||||
Vesical calculus | ||||||
Vesical calculus | Other reasons for | 1458Q2A2 | 0 |
Case three: the first, second and third risk 1, 2 and 3 are not identical in terms of the first-level problem content of the disease, wherein the first-level problem content of the two risk (for example, the first risk 1, the second risk 2) is not identical and the first-level problem content of the other risk (for example, the third risk 3) is not identical. In this case, an overall analysis of three dangerous problems is required:
(1) If the first risk 1 and the second risk 2 can be integrated into one problem, the integration is performed to integrate into 1 problem. Combining the problems of the third risk type 3, wherein the number of the final first-level problems is 2, and the content is the integration of the first-level problem content of the risk type 1 and the risk type 2 and the problem content of the third risk type 3;
(2) If the first risk 1 and the second risk 2 cannot be integrated into one problem, the integration cannot be performed, the number of the final first-level problems is 3, and the content is the first-level problem content of the first risk 1, the second risk 2 and the third risk 3.
Case four: the first risk 1, the second risk 2 and the third risk 3 are not identical in terms of the first-level problem content of the disease 1, wherein the first-level problem content of the three risks is not identical. In this case, an overall analysis of three dangerous problems is required:
(1) If the problems can be integrated into one problem, the integration is carried out, the number of the integrated first-level problems is 1, and the content is the integration of three dangerous first-level problem contents;
(2) If the problems cannot be integrated into one problem, analysis is performed according to the content, the number of the integrated first-level problems needs to be determined according to the analysis condition, and the number of the integrated first-level problems may be 2 or 3, and the content is the integrated problem content.
Case five: the first-stage problems of the first risk 1, the second risk 2 and the third risk 3 are completely different. In this case, since the first-level problems are completely different, the number of the integrated first-level problems is 3, which are the first-level problem contents of the first risk 1, the second risk 2 and the third risk 3, respectively.
Fourth step: integrating answers to first-level questions of various dangerous diseases;
respectively integrating according to the five situations in the third step, and integrating answers to the integrated questions under each situation, wherein if the answer contents are consistent, no adjustment is needed; if the answer content is inconsistent, the answer content needs to be summarized, and the number is increased.
Fifth step: integrating secondary questions of each primary question of the various risks related to the disease;
for each primary problem, there are two situations, there are secondary problems and there are no secondary problems.
According to the result of the third step, each integrated first-level problem is obtained, and for each first-level problem, the second-level problems are integrated according to the same method as the third step, so as to obtain the number and content of the second-level problems after the integration of each first-level problem.
Sixth step: integrating answers to secondary questions of each primary question related to the disease;
integrating answers to the second-level questions in a fourth step; for example, as shown in the following table:
seventh step: integrating the following stages of questions of each secondary question of the dangerous variety with respect to the disease until there are no lower stages of questions;
and integrating the questions at each level under the answers of the two-level questions according to the third step.
Eighth step: integrating answers to the following questions at each level of each secondary question for the illness;
and carrying out answer integration of each level of questions under each level of questions according to the fourth step.
Ninth step: and matching corresponding check and protection conclusions by utilizing answers of the questions at each level.
According to another preferred embodiment of the invention, there is also provided an online underwriting knowledge self-service questioning and answering device, which is characterized by being used for realizing the online underwriting knowledge self-service questioning and answering method.
Therefore, the invention provides the method and the device for on-line check-up knowledge self-help question and answer, and a complete and comprehensive set of check-up question and answer and check-up conclusion method is integrated according to the check-up questions and answers of various dangerous types about diseases, so that after a user answers the questions once, the intelligent check-up conclusion of various companies can be obtained, the time is saved, the user experience is optimized, and the user application efficiency is improved.
It should be noted that, unless specifically stated otherwise, the terms "first," "second," "third," and the like in the specification are used merely as a distinction between various components, elements, steps, etc. in the specification, and are not used to denote a logical or sequential relationship between various components, elements, steps, etc.
It will be appreciated that although the invention has been described above in terms of preferred embodiments, the above embodiments are not intended to limit the invention. Many possible variations and modifications of the disclosed technology can be made by anyone skilled in the art without departing from the scope of the technology, or the technology can be modified to be equivalent.
